    DISAPPOINTED

Must say I am disappointed with this band and myself. It does state that it tracks meals and nutrition but in no way do I a see any monitoring of either of these. Also not as accurate as I would have hoped. I did not purchase a warranty since I apparently had too much faith in the equipment but now a month after having my tracker, the band has broken, in the most random part of the bracelet nonetheless, which is crazy because the band is pretty flexible. Like I said disappointed in the product and myself for not getting the warranty. Now i'm down the cost of this worthless bracelet .

    Meets basic need

Today, I purchased two UP2's - one for myself and one for a family member. Setting up the UP2 using the UP app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 5 was challenging. I ultimately had to create my UP account online with my laptop. I have only been using it for a couple of hours now and find recording food intake to be cumbersome if not downright impossible using the UP app. So, I will continue to use the MyFitnessPal app to track my daily food intake. That's okay. I bought this device to track my steps and other activities. Hopefully, this thing will not let disappoint.

    Awesome first tracker

So far I am completely happy with my purchase. This is the first tracker I've ever bought, and for 20 bucks you can't beat it. I was a bit disappointed when the app wasn't syncing for a whole day, but they resolved the issues and I haven't had anymore issues since. It seems like it updates by the minute, and I feel like its fairly accurate. It's a lot better then having an app on your phone that's supposed to track you. I also really like the smart coach on the app. It gives you easy to follow tips, and a lot of useful information to help you amke your goal. Its also fairly motivational, and keeps you up to date on how far you've gone. Overall I would recommend this to anyone.

Although I received my UP2 as a gift with the purchase of my Note, I was not very satisfied with this product. I wore it for a couple of days and developed a rash on my wrist, not sure if it is the product or from sweating.

I am liking this tracker so far. The UP app is great and has great tips for staying on track. The only problem is that the clasp easily comes off, but Jawbone has provided a clip that now holds it in place and they sent to me for free.

Very bad clasp - lost new UP2 playing golf

I recently purchased an UP2 to replace an older UP that decided to die on me with no warning. Although I read reviews from people complaining about the clasp and the double tap, I went ahead and purchased the UP2. Sadly, it's now lost somewhere on the golf course. I should have heeded the advice. If you're actively moving your arms with the band on, it may disengage without warning. I think I'm ready to try another brand.

    Horrible Product

Having had the Up24 previously, I upgraded to this one when my other one broke. This is not new and improved in anyway. In fact it is an inferior products. You cannot calibrate steps so you know how many steps you've taken, but not how far you've walked/run. You cannot turn on the activity tracker on the device, you must do it on your phone. To turn on/off the sleep mode, you must tap the band twice. Well, it never does it the first time. I stopped tracking sleep because sometimes I would tap 20+ times and it still wouldn't work. Though, during the day, I would occasionally bump it and it would activate the sleep mode. My biggest complaint, however, is that the band would not stay clasped. This was irritating because the feature I liked best was the smart alarm. However, since I never knew if it would stay on my wrist or not, I had to also set another another alarm. It would also come off during the day until ultimately, one day, it came off and I didn't notice right away. Now it is lost forever. Money down the drain - 2 months after I bought it. Don't waste your money on this, like I did.

    Band falls off

Similar feedback as other reviewers. Do not recommend purchasing until Jawbone fixes the clasp. The positive: the band is light and stylish. The negative: because the band is so light, you do not feel it when it falls off. I lost mine after 4-months. I will be replacing it with another brand.

Do not buy this band until they fix the clasp. My first one lasted a couple months and my second 2 weeks. You might as well tape a $100 bill to your arm and keep using the same tape until it disappears

...if it only stayed clasped. I had it for 3 days and it wouldn't stay on. My final straw was when it fell off at dinner and I got half way home until I realized I no longer had it on. The UP24 was so much better

My husband is military and can't wear bulky items so this was perfect for him to wear he loves is as do I. it is so neat and great for goal tracking. the battery life is descent the only inconvenience is you can't change the setting from active to sleep without doing it manually idk if it is a malfunction or not but our don't change to sleep mode by tapping them and holding it down.

This product is simple to use and gives you basic information for a basic fit life. I do love the fact that it syncs very well with my bike riding app. For the price I paid when it was on sale its the best thing you can get. I highly recommend it if you aren't looking for HR monitor or to spend too much.

Got the UP2 band to replace a failed UP24 band. Had it 2 weeks and the clasp opened itself up three times nearly losing the band. Very poor design. Returned it for a Fitbit Charge HR. Liked UP products, but can't make the new design work.

Part of the hard cover came off (I didn't wear it in the shower). The charging connection on the UP2 is also very wonky- sometimes I'd have to play with it to get it to align properly. It's too bad because the app is fantastic.

One size fits most? NOT EVEN CLOSE. I'm a 6' 190 pounds male and my girlfriend is 5' 1" 115 pounds and it didn't properly fit either of us. Granted I'm a former wrestler with big wrists but I'm not a large man and it wasn't even close to being big enough. Likewise, her wrists are small (it was way too loose) but neither of us are what I would consider as falling outside the realm of "one size fits most". Be forewarned. I predict UP will go back to the multiple sizes like they had with the 24. DO NOT BUY WITH OUT TRYING IT ON FIRST!

When It Works, I Love It

I must say that I am extremely dissatisfied with the options I've been presented from Jawbone support during the short period of time I've used this product. I have had issues since the initial purchase and had a total of four replacements. Up until now all I've been offered is replacements that have all failed. When it works its actually a great device but thats the issue. Today I called in to get another replacement to replace yet again another failed device and now I'm told I'm outside of the warranty. The best you can do is offer me a discount to buy something I've had repeated problems with. This tells me that they aren't willing to stand behind the product. I must've been wrong to expect for it to last ad least a year. To me that is not customer service, had I known Jawbone would only offer me failed replacements until the warranty ends I would not have purchased your product in the first place.
