My wife and I both stopped using UP24s after they failed again and were out of warranty and Jawbone wouldn't replace again. Both of us have been using Apple Watch for activity but wanted to track sleep. UP2 seems to be a more reliable product vs 24 but we struggle with the clasp at times. Still a better solution compared to Fitbit but concerned about longevity of both band and the company itself.

Perfect for what it is--a step counter and sleep monitor you can wear all the time without hurting your wrist. Eureka! The clasp is a little tricky but once you get the hang of it, it never falls off. Battery lasts 9 days and only takes an hour to charge. Jawbone app is one of the best, too. If you don't need a smart watch, get this.

I like that it is smaller than the UP24, the UP2 is like you don't even have it on. The band takes a little getting used to (putting on and taking off) but it stays securely in place.

My Jawbone motivates me to be more active. The app for the Jawbone is interactive and gives you helpful recommendations.

I love my jawbone. It has helped me track my sleep, my steps and keep me on track with my health! Highly recommended!

The Jawbone app is very elegant, and easy to work. The band is simple, and keeps track of steps and sleep well.

The Jawbone fitness tracker has been a great addition to my daily routine. Firstly, being able to see my progress throughout the day encourages me to keep up the good work or reminds me to "get on the good foot" with my steps. Additionally, I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app and these two app work powerfully together and are phenomenal. Consequently, I have found that I go to bed earlier, make better food choices and am exponentially more active in an effort to meet my goals.

Very easy to use and set up. Was very surprised how it was able to distinguish when I was in deep vs light sleep.

Does exactly as described and stays on all day. I live the tracking functions and ability to challenge friends.

I don't have any complaints. It's worked well and I like the app on my phone. The clasp could be more secure but it hasn't been hard for me to work with it.

I bought this as a gift for someone who needed to be more aware of their body cues. Although it does not specifically tell you when to drink (she has a problem with getting dehydrated) you can set it to tell you when you've met certain amounts of activity. She uses this to let her know she should probably drink something. Her goal was actually to gain weight and the coaching part of the app has helped her to achieve this goal and become an overall more healthy person

This does a good job of tracking movement and sleep. The silent alarm function is very nice. It's not even waterproof enough to take in a pool, though.

This tracker works as advertised and has helped me analyze where I can improve in my day to day health. The app that goes along with this is great. The only thing keeping this from 5 stars is sometimes when i tap the face of my Up 2 twice per the instructions it doesn't respond like it's supposed to. Sometimes it does but sometimes I have to tap it repeatedly. Not a deal breaker.

I purchased this band for my none tech savvy wife and she loves it. Simple to use and not too much extra not needed features. Great product so far.

The UP2 does everything it says, which I absolutely enjoy. If I had to say one critic it's that sometimes the touch feature isn't very responsive. I'm not sure if it has to sit just right on your wrist, or if you have to touch it in a certain place but that's it. Other than that, I wear it for everything and it does great!

Had the jawbone up24 and replaced it with the up2. The new software (purple icon) is much nicer and has some nice new additions. My only complaint is the up2 doesn't have a physical button to push. The up2 uses taps to put the band into sleep mode. For some reason Iam able to put it into sleep mode while walking or working out. I then have to tap it to wake it back up. This gets old when you do it 3-5 times a day. Not sure how or why but my 2 friends do Not have this problem. Overall the up2 is holding up much better than the up24 band.

The UP2 is a huge improvement on the previous UP band, however there could have been some more. It often takes more than the prescribed two taps to wake up the band and if the band is too loose on your wrist the UP2 will unlatch by itself. I found this annoying so I tightened the band, however it seems too tight sometimes but when I loosen it, it's too loose.

I love my tracker. All you have to do is wear it and it gets to know you over time. It's helped me lise 15 lbs since I started wearing it.

My family has the UP version 1 and they like it. This UP 2 is smaller classier style that barely feels that it's on. Functions work well.
