I haven't had any problems with it. It's done it's job great. I just wish you could see everything on its face instead of mobile device

I purchased this to track my workouts in order to see improvements. Works great!

These break constantly. Great when they work, bands break, will die if you get wet at all, constant pairing issues. I was a big fan of jawbone but their products have let me down over the past few years and customer service hasn't helped much.

Nice upgrade from the original Up band. Tracks steps, calories, and even sleep!

I was disappointed to find that Best Buy is not going to continue carrying Up by Jawbone. This was the first activity tracker that I received and I have stayed with this brand from day one. Customer service is amazing and the product is the best bar none. Wish you guys would reconsider! Thanks

Previously I got bad rash on my wrist from the band on other devices. Have not experienced it with this band so I'm very happy

Works well, good software, looks nice and is lightweight and very comfortable to wear. Doesn't track exactly with my Fitbit.

Bought this for my wife. She didn't want a bulky fitness tacker like my Garmin Vivosmart HR. Seems to have similar accuracy.

Easy to set up. new slimmer band stays on much better the original UP2.

The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because it doesn't have a screen on the device. Its very stylish and comfortable.

My main concern was fitmemt. It fit well on the smallest female wrist.

This a good product and since there are a ton of different wearable fitness trackers, it is a cheap and easy way to start.

I did a lot of research before I bought this item. I looked at online reviews again and again and most people recommended this so I decided to buy it. From what I read the previous version of the Up 2 had a bad closure on the band. This is not the case with this one. In fact, it can sometimes be hard to get undone. Pros include: water-resistant, so small I forget I am wearing it, a great iPhone app, looks nice and can be confused with just regular jewelry, battery life is pretty good, and it is very sturdy. There are also some cons though. Cons include: no screen so you have to check the app often, doesn't always integrate well with My Fitness Pal, the food database for Jawbone's app is sadly lacking, it doesn't include notifications, and the sleep tracking rarely works correctly. Even with the problems it has, it is better than most other trackers I have used. The app is very important to me when using a fitness tracker, and Jawbone has a great app. I definitely recommend this product but it is also important to know that there are some cons to this item. It is definitely not perfect but it is a good tracker.

This band is good to use. I especially love the sleep track .
