Stopped working in less than 2 months

Very useful device

poor design, bad customer service

The major problem of the band is the slowness in connect to its own iphone app. Since it is still under the one year warranty, I contacted jawbone customer service. They agreed to replace it, however, because of its limit stock, I need wait 3-4 weeks. After waiting more than a month, I send a follow up email to them. No Response! What a waste of time!
