Unit itself does everything it is supposed to and formats the data nicely. We have had multiple units and one flaked out it was likely a fluke, but now two units have issues charging. Two failures within 3 months seems like a more global issue.

I love it for the step counting due to me leaving my phone at my desk while I'm at work and it still works. Haven't used the sleep function yet due to my wife and I owning a select comfort sleep number bed with sleep iq.
