The first Jawbone I received did not work. Having never used this type before, I tried over and over to charge but it never worked. After calling, I received another one and it did charge; however, took many attempts to get it connected to my phone. After connecting, it still does not always activate.

This is my 4th up band. Love the ease of taking it off. Putting it on. Feel that it's very accurate . None of my bands have lasted over 9months though . Don't expect this one to last more than 9 months either

This product works very well. It is so easy to set up and connect to my iPhone. The Bluetooth syncing feature makes uploading the data a breeze (just open the app and the data appears). This is an excellent way to track your progress towards increased activity. The ability to track sleep is good, though the results are somewhat difficult to understand. I just use that information as a comparison to other days as opposed to an absolute measure. The other benefit is the app interaction. Anyone using apps like myfitnesspal will be able to connect the information between the two apps. Overall I really like this product.

The UP24 allows me to sync to my iPhone or iPad and track the progress of my workout. It also displays accurate information about my sleep patterns. I wish the iPad app was optimized for an iPad though.

I purchased this unit at a good price and measured it compared to other devices. The activities tracking functions seem OK but the # is different from other tracking devices. No auto sleep, kind of inconvenient. The good part is it is out of sleep mode automatically. App is OK.
