Persimmon color started to get dirty after one day.

I have not found clear enough instructions on how to use it. I have not had the time to research it better. It would be nice if it would explain how to use it for the not so savvy. I have trouble linking it up to the computer the next morning.

I would have been fine just buying the Jawbone Up. The automatic syncing messes up from time to time. Other than that the band is an average band. Don't buy a color one, get dirty quick and can't clean.

I actually returned item for the up move, this was not comfortable, and didn't fit right, not worth more money when the up move does the same!

I like the fact I can track nutrition, steps, sleep and more all with one device and one application.

This item does a great job. It is motivational! I love that it tracks my sleep!

App did not work well. Unit was light but rarely worked. Traded it for a Fitbit

I worked out hard in the gym and the jawbone didn't track all of my steps. I didn't feel as motivated.

Well now in days this kind of prodcuct is not accurate, but they sell it like it really works.

The band lasted me 3 months before refusing to sync. Customer service was excellent (after attempting every fix suggested) and they are sending out a new replacement of the updated model...the up2. Pre-paid shipping to send back the defective band. We'll see how that one works but I've got my eye on a Fitbit.

Bought as a gift - person who I gave it to was very happy to receive it.

I tried both Fitbit Force and Flex. Neither would stay on my wrist, and both were constantly at risk of being lost. My Jawbone Up is never at risk. The data also sync much better. I couldn't be more pleased with its superior performance.

Good monitor but I have seen better. I like the Fitbit better

Jawbone has a great idea with their UP series of health/exercise trackers. I have not had the greatest of luck with up1, up2 I am currently using UP3 and it seems to performing better than the previous models

3 weeks into using this it started putting itself into sleep mode. Called the company, tried the "soft reset" 3 times. Was advised to check firmware update- which is up to date. Still doesn't work!

I'd had problems with the earlier versions and being able to sync them to my phone but this one works very well and I've had no trouble syncing it to the phone!

The idea of the up band is a good one. I've replaced mine 3 times. When they work it's really great information. I'd they'd be more reliable. I'm not a manual laborer, and still they don't seem to hold up.

The Jawbone really was an excellent tracker. I loved rhe features and the color helped me spot it whenever I misplaced it.

the only 2 complaints i have are that is is not waterproof, and there is no way to make it accurately track kayak trips i take on a local river
