My band is still working as of today, has been wet but still working. this is the second one I bought of this style and brand

It really was bad I bought 2 first time after 2 days one of them stop working and I return it after 4 days the second one stop pairs with my iPhone I returned

Excellent product that provides easy access to data. Has proven to provide great insight into health management.

I have a cotract with the greek sq went to the store.The man didnt kown how to even work it all I wanted was to know how to use it.

I got this so that we could monitor my husbands sleep patterns. It has been great.

Love that it synch's to my iPhone instantly. And that I can wear it all the time.

I love the unit but after about 6 months of use, it won't connect to the cell phone anymore.

This the third time I bought it, it did worked great.

It's okay, not as great as I expected. The jawbone 23 is better to me in retrospective.

I have had my UP24 for almost six month. After getting the update from the Jawbone site the battery went from lasting 7 days to 14. This helps tremendously. The color definitely pops, however after wearing it for about a month the underlying black became visible on the edges and corners. It doesn't have a physical display of anything, but the app is great, when it works. Sadly, the longer I have had the product the more temperamental it has become. Some days it will immediately update when I open the app. Others I can view my steps for the previous three 3 hours nor will it give me the total. I found that if I kept the charge above 7 days it does better with providing the readout. As for accuracy, who knows? It does respond if I just swing my arm but am not walking. Then again if my hands are in my coat pockets and I'm walking it tracks that too. Comparing to someone walking next to me with a Nike Fuel Band my number was higher, and I believe to be more accurate. Overall, for $30 I would buy it again, simply because it motivates me to keep walking if I haven't hit my goal for the day. Then again, if I found a Garmin or Fitbit with a display for $30 I would buy that one instead.

I have had to replace the band twice in less than 6 months.

Returned because you needed to buy adapter to plug into phone. Best Buy was all out of the adapter. Found out device isn't compatible with android phones. This was terribly frustrating but then trying to return this to Best Buy was unexceptable . The return service was terrible. One customer ahead of me and I waited 15min to be called to the counter. A geek squad member and 2 other employees where at the front desk but I guess they can't help with returns. I have yet to return this item because they rang up a different size so it doesnt match the receipt. Nm

Could not wear, brought a large but was to small and made my wrist hurt.

Light weight makes wearing experience awesome. However, it comes with no clear instructions on how to use it. Although you can find out the instructions in their app it will make some people quite confused. I like its sleep tracking function most.

Excellent tracking of sleep pattern & daily activity - like the software app. Like the product concept, but the band is a little bulky & I would prefer slimmer line, more flexible band that conforms to wrist. I ordered persimmon and the band looks dirty from rubbing on things. Have tried rubbing alcohol & cleaning cloths. Underside is perfectly clean but ridged design on top looks worn/dirty. Long term this will not be a good choice because I don't want to wear a band that looks dirty. It was a great price on sale, but I think the newer products will perform better.

Fits great but will not hold a charge. Had to returned !

I really like the Up 24. The UP 24 gives you more accurate numbers and all of the information goes straight to your phone. There are other apps that can be added and it will feed the information through the device and goes to your phone. For me, a screen is not needed. I used the fitbit, it has a screen and I was not impressed. It works just like a regular pedometer, shake it and the numbers move. I walked up the steps and it said that I walked 400 steps. I only have 12 steps So I returned to using my Up24. /

It's really fun (REALLY FUN!) to see what happened when you sleep. Also, you can track your activity and choose between a lot of activites like soccer, voley ,etc. I think is really accurate. I use it when I play soccer, and everyday activities, and sleep track. Everything works! Excellent!
