I have both Fitbit HR and the UP3, the Jawbone app is much better than Fitbit's, but the Gold color of this UP3 turned black on thte edges after less than a month of use:(

Monitors average heart rate, steps taken, and sleep. Not 100% accurate on all, but close enough. Alarm modes help remind me to take meds. Also reminds me when I should go to bed.

I love the jawbone bracelet because it tracks your steps and your heart rate. It's an awesome thing to have. It motivates you to keep moving.

The only good thing about this jawbone is its capability to track sleep. Other then that it's no good. Always disconnecting. I returned this and stuck with my fitbit

I have a large wrist and the band comes a loose. I've noticed it, so I haven't lost it. I really like it as I upgraded to this model from the UP24. Performs really well and I really like the sleep monitors available in the U3.

I liked it's low profile design to still allows me to wear different wrist watches.Sleep tracking is very nice. Only issue is with buckle which sometime comes off by itself.

So I looked a both the Jawbone & Fitbit. Fitbit did not fit my lifestyle nor my activities. Reviews for the Jawbone warned about the latching device and they were right but Jawbone came up with a free fix that works!

I was hesitant at first to try the Jawbone 3 UP wrist band. But now I am so very happy I did. It's comfortable, sleek design and informative readings are priceless!

Easy to keep track of steps and workouts. Works well with my fitness pal...easier to add food and will sync to jawbone.

The wristband is a good fitness tracker - of that there is no doubt. I am less convinced by its ability to measure and judge sleep. The results seemed arbitrary compared to how my sleep felt to me!

I so want this to work! But it has lots of issues. Trouble staying paired. Trouble re-pairing. Clearly goes into sleep monitoring at night but does not recognize that it was in sleep monitor the next morning. The band is terrible. Arbitrary alarms. I truly hope they can get these working correctly!

Really encourages a higher level of activity. The sleep function has been very useful in modifying evening activities and fluid intake. The light, deep and REM functions appear to be incredibly accurate.

This device is great for people who wish to lose weight or track their sleepnWhat I really enjoy about the Upper Band is that I can track my friends/family on their progress throughput the day.

The Jawbone UP3 Activity Tracker does a great job tracking my activity and sleep. The smart coach app if very helpful in my quest to lose weight.

Great step counter and sleep monitor. Sometimes a little inaccurate. Sensors irritate my wrist from time to time. Great battery life. Fast charging. Can wear anywhere, even the shower.

It is a great fitness, sleep and heart rate tracker but the bracelet clasp always gets loose and i found myself locking it few times daily.

I loved the features, however I was disappointed the heart rate monitor only works in sleep mode. You are suppose to be able to tap to activate modes, however I found it difficult to switch modes. The strap does not stay in place. It only accurately counts your steps if on the right wrist, it is a better design for left handed people.

I have the Up through its evolvement. I lime this band so far as well as the app. I would recommend they redesign the band clasp. It fell off in the washer and went through the entire wash cycle. It synched right up and continues to work

Comfortable to wear 24/7... excellent software support... data presentation is top-notch. Bracelet control functions took some time to get used to but overall, a good purchase.
