Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this earlier today not really intending to. I had been considering a Fitbit, but liked the calorie counting feature. I came home excited and attempted to set it up immediately. That was SIX hours ago. IT IS STILL UPDATING FIRMWARE. I have tried resetting it according to the Jawbone website (both ways), I have deleted the app (I have an Iphone 6+), I have restarted my phone, and prayed (seriously), all to no avail. So I guess tomorrow it goes back to Best Buy and so does the earpiece that I bought but could not so I settled on something that I did not like because the shelves were near empty. Now if I am doing something wrong or if I should reconsider please tell me because I really like how this "bracelet" looks compared to the others and I am ready to get in better health and this would be a great assist.
