Could have been awesome

I loved having a heart rate tracker, but I had to catch it 3 times and before I lost it, I returned the UP 3.

Good Tracker

The only downsides would be that you have to order a small clip (for free) from Jawbone to keep the clasp connected or you might lose it and I also took away 1 star because it has a heartbeat monitor, but it only works when sleeping or resting, not while working out.

The band is not made well

It did work well when I could wear it I'm very active at work and it did give good read outs. I lost it after the second week.

Good step, sleep tracker

You use it with the UP mobile app which also allows you to track your meals and exercise. The light colored band does change color, not dirt as this doesn't wash off, but it's like fades different colors so just beware of that.

Will not stay clasped

Every time I ended up having trouble with them syncing with my phone. This brand has been so good. I have never had a single issue. I also prefer the app!!!!

Won't fit unless you are petite

Great activity tracker

Just make sure you get the replacement plan as it usually dies after 6 or so months.
