No active heart rate
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed with the up 3. It did not do anything the original up didn't do other than give you your resting heart rate. I wanted something that would tell me what I was getting my heart rate up to durring workouts. I ended up returning my Up 3.

Battery life is useless
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The battery life on the jawbone trackers are completely useless and waste of your time. I've traded in three jawbone trackers over the past three years.

Don't Do It
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product is not as good as the Up24. It doesn't sync regularly and even more importantly the clasp is not secure. This will be lost on several months.

Clasp is no good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The wrist band software works good and the band works as expected except that the band clasp keeps coming undone. It just kind of slides together and there is nothing to keep it connected.

Not what I was looking for
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Disappointed and returned. It didn't track stairs, sleep accurately, had to open app on phone daily to sync otherwise data was lost.

pretty bad product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this is probably my 8th or so jawbone. i had the Up2, then 3. i have had to replace both versions several times. they just stopped working for no reason. either battery issues or syncing issues. i kept getting jawbone bc i had warrant for product so i was able to get a replacement each time. the last time i bought this, it broke in a short time. i went to get it replaced and best buy no longer carries them. got a fitbit alta instead

Needs non-mobile data entry
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This fitness tracker was to replace a BodyMedia armband-type fitness tracker. Jawbone purchased and killed the armband products and I purchased this model based on positive reviews and the hope that Jawbone might have integrated some of the benefits of BodyMedia. My wife could not get use to wearing a fitness tracker around her wrist while she slept (sleep tracking was one of her favorite BodyMedia features) and occasionally scraped the metal in the bracelet against her skin. The biggest issue for her was having to do all data entry from her little iPhone 5 instead of from a desktop computer. In the end we returned the UP3 and may not bother with any fitness trackers unless someone revives the armband format. I'd still recommend this product to anyone who doesn't mind a bracelet style fitness tracker and has a tablet for ease of data entry.

Great for beginner fitness tracker
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love what this does. It tracks everything from sleep even the different cycles, steps, workouts, weight, drinks of water, and food.! This is an excellent and styllish little fitness tracker. However, the price is a little pricey. I wish it was a little less expensive. The charger works fine. It is a little bit of hassle to get the right connection but its ok.

Won't Stay On!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Works well. Set-up was easy. Battery claims are 7-10 days, but it only lasted 5 days. My biggest problem is that it VERY easily unclasps and falls off my wrist. I've had it for a week, and it's fallen off at least 5 times. In a couple of cases, I didn't feel it fall off, so I was lucky to have noticed it in time to find it. Unless they find a way to better secure the unit to customers' wrists, don't spend money on it. I am returning it.

No clasp
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These bands actually work pretty well with the exception of battery life and syncing. However, I have now purchased 5 bands in a 12 month period because they have no way to stay secured on the wrist. My first band was the UP, then I graduated to the UP3 when that one was lost. So far, the subsequent 4 bands have just fallen off and disappeared during hikes, runs etc. At almost $200 per band including tax, I have purchased my last one and will find a brand that has a clasping mechanism that works.

Great but not perfect

Great product good price
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great product and I find myself using it everyday to check my stats. I have sleep apnea so I am able to see my sleeping pattern and my heart rate monitor and I can adjust accordingly. For those concerned about the clasp, jawbone will mail you a clip that adds security absolutely free at the time of this writing. Great support. Good luck!
