This was a gift for someone who needs to keep track of their sleep patterns and heart rate. It has worked great and is helping them to regulate their sleep habits.

Looks great, works great, love it! Been using it for over two months, already lost 7 pounds, moving more, sleeping and eating better.

I had the device for 2 days, had to return because it wasn't compatible with my Samsung 6 Edge. Customer service tried so hard to help me. I returned it and got the fitbit flex instead. Setup was less then 30 seconds.

I love my jawbone. The only con I have it everything goes thru the phone, but who isn't on their phone anymore...everyone! It looks classy especially for those working professional jobs.

this was good in the first week, the following week noticed it was that not accurate and then decided to stop best buy to return it.

Ok, I read the reviews and saw that some mentioned that the band could easily come loose. Unfortunately I decided to purchase. I kept on tight knowing there was an issue for some. After having for less than 2 weeks, it fell off in my travels and was lost. COMPLETE waste of money.

The band does have a tendency to fall off, but the real issue is the Jawbone network is unreliable. I lost 5 hours of activity tracking today, including 45 minutes on the treadmill, because their network went down. 4th time such an issue has happened in only 2 months since I purchased. I wish I could return it for a Fitbit.

I bought this earlier today not really intending to. I had been considering a Fitbit, but liked the calorie counting feature. I came home excited and attempted to set it up immediately. That was SIX hours ago. IT IS STILL UPDATING FIRMWARE. I have tried resetting it according to the Jawbone website (both ways), I have deleted the app (I have an Iphone 6+), I have restarted my phone, and prayed (seriously), all to no avail. So I guess tomorrow it goes back to Best Buy and so does the earpiece that I bought but could not so I settled on something that I did not like because the shelves were near empty. Now if I am doing something wrong or if I should reconsider please tell me because I really like how this "bracelet" looks compared to the others and I am ready to get in better health and this would be a great assist.
