I think there are better, and better looking choices on the market these days.

There were no instructions included. Salesman at B.B. said Geek Squad could show me how to use it when I got it and they didn't know how.

The band is not made well

It did work well when I could wear it I'm very active at work and it did give good read outs. I lost it after the second week.
