It's good but the heart rate monitor, which is supposed to differ it from the up2 isn't really quite accurate. You can't really check your heart rate any time you want.

I use this more for sleep tracking than counting steps or health purposes, but I love it! Brought amazing insight into my sleep patterns and smart coach is very helpful!

The tapping function does not work well and this item is very difficult to use. I would not recommend it to anyone.

When I first bought it I had to call the company to pair it with my cell phone. It would not stay paired and did not function properly. Did not track steps correctly, just washing dishes by hand showed I took many steps, sleeping showed me taking steps. I finally gave up and took it back, maybe I got the defective one.

Jawbone UP 3 is a little bit pricey in comparison to other trackers in the market but has a good quality and app.

This was an upgrade from the Jawbone 2 and it was well worth it. The addition of heart rate information is amazing. The software is comprehensive and easy to use.

I upgraded and I love this model! Only complaint was that it used my phone battery very quickly, but I think the latest software update has helped that a lot.

I have owned several of the fitness bands and for my use the Jawbone Up3 is the best and most reliable by far. The price point is right where it should be and actually much lower than available elsewhere.

Though I'm sure this basic tracker will be useful for some runners or just too keep up with number of steroids taken during a 24 hour period, it just wasn't a good tracker for me

Major complaint was the fit on the wrist. Uncomfortable and did not fit well Ended up returning it.

I upgraded from an UP24, I enjoy the UP3 more. The heart rate monitor is helpful. The app is very good to track activities, weight goals and sleep habits.

Looks nice but not quite sure of longevity. I have had to replace mine a couple times but luckily they have good manufacturing warranty. Just have to send back and they will replace if within a year.

I bought this UP3 while it was on sale. Now I wear it everyday. The app is very user friendly and it helps me to track my heartbeat. I love this product!

It worked ok but not nearly as good as the Fitbit. Battery life was poor and the app wasn't so great.

I have tried several fitness trackers, this one by far beats fitbit, wiithings,and is very easy to use. I like that you don't even know you have it on.

This is the second Jawbone tracker I have used. The material they are made out of is defective. I have had the band for a year and had to have it replaced twice due to the material breaking with normal usage. This was acceptable because Jawbone has always in the past replaced them with no issues. My first band was the 2nd generation band and they must have replaced that atleast half a dozen times. This last one broke several weeks ago and it appears they have terminated all of their support. Their support number is no longer in service, I have not received a reply to the contact form I submitted over a month ago, and even their support twitter hasn't replied to any customers since December. I do not recommended anyone purchase this product! It is really a shame because I liked the app and the product, but since the product is constantly needing replacement, I'm going to need to get something different this time, from a different manufacturer.

I like the symplicity of the band, but the charge claiming to last 7 days fully charged--does not!

I like everything about this band except it keeps falling off my hand. So, I stopped wearing it.

I bought this a month ago for my friend, she love the gadget. :] Uses this everyday, track her sleep and use this to track her walk everyday :]

I like the tracker and the sleep feature. I do not like that this color gets dirty very fast and it becomes harder to clean with time.
