easy to use. great motivator. interfaces well with other apps.

This is my first health tracker and I researched options for a few days before and actually was going to get the Fitbit charge HR, but Best Buy had a blast sale and the Up3 was only $47 so I figured a good way to jump into the market cheap. I wish it had an alert screen and I could see things without having to open my phone. It also misses syncs a lot and you have to open the phone to see your stats and refresh. The tracking seems to be accurate and there is a good bit of data on the app and menu logging but the ecosystem is lacking. The smart coach is ok, but it can be generic. Reminders you can set are limited and there is no online website to go into deep dives of your data. Only the app which is limited. It holds a charge for a good 5-6 days so that is good and it doesn't take too long to charge which is another benefit. It is very lightweight and easy to wear which is probably something you give up when you go for the fancier bands/watches so that is the tradeoff. For a first and cheap jump into the market place I am satisfied but when I repurchase I will most likely go for one with more features.

I had an up 24 before this one and I miss the band. This one cuts my circulation at night as it doesn't adjust like the 24

It is comfortable and because I have a small wrist it fits better than the fitbit. It is a little difficult to put on but tracks very well and serves its purpose.

This product is great it tracks sleep , steps, calorie intake all the I am interested in for my health plus I really like the coach . Really like the resting heart rate. This really helps me to exercise and keep stepping. Love the Jawbone UP 3!!!

Love this tracker! There are just so many things I Ilike about this tracker, but I'm only going to talk about a few. The program app does a great job in helping you make better choices, from getting you moving, getting enough sleep and so on, by also making helpful suggestions to help improve your health choices. One feature that I particularly like is the silent alarm. I have always had a hard time getting up in the morning, this one has a feature option to wake you, up to 30 minutes before your alarm goes off, if you are in a light sleep. Love this! When this happens I am more alert upon getting up, not groggy like I've struggled with my whole life. Who new this could make such a huge difference in how I feel the whole day. Didn't know about this feature before I bought it. Thank you Jawbone for this feature!

This jawbone 3 is quite nice, from the style of it, to all of its features. I love how well you can track all your info, and it doesn't even look like a fitness bracelet. I have the beige and gold one. I've had it since December and it is getting a little discolored from wearing. Must find a way to clean it. Other than that I recommend this fitness band.

This is easy to set up, and pretty easy to navigate. The only drawback is that it drains my phone. WI FI has to be on at all times in order to track. Also my phone started misbehaving, so I disconnected it. Currently looking for a fix to this problem...Jury still out.

I did not like or keep it because I did not like the buckle that it had. It was difficult for me to hook up. But it had great functionality

My purchase decision was made on several factors: Advanced HR technology, premium design. Beauty.

I had a great experience with this product. The only negative I would say is the metal readers were annoying sometimes.

The first one I bought would not pair with either iPad or iPhone. The second one did pair but then wanted to do a software update. It failed and had to be re-paired twice until it was totally charged. Once set up it does a great job of tracking activity and especially sleep cycles. It is however hard to clip on with one hand.

-I wish fitness trackers accommodated for us "night shifters" -The clasp on my UP 3 slides out pretty easily, and the rubber hole thingy on my UP 2 broke. Over all I prefer the design of the UP 24. -Definitely prefer the UP over FitBit. The UP App is the best.

There needs to be a better way to redo the strap so it won't keep coming a loose

Like the band. At first it was tricky to put on. Once you get the hang of it is great. Has lots of useful features.

I love the band, but most of all the app. It is invaluable!! It tells when your bpm is higher than usual and gives you suggestions. I have learned so much from the health related articles. It also encourages me to walk more and have better sleep time.

Had sync issues once at the start. It has been working well otherwise. Cool product; just felt a little over-priced.

This band is quite stylish and compact. I have only started using it, have to wait and see how well it functions.

Great coaching advice on the app!!! Love that it looks like a bracelet and I can wear it with my Apple Watch.
