Being a fitness instructor there are 2 trackers that I would recommend to my students. The first is a Fitbit if you need a watch, the other one is the Jawbone Up2/3/or4. if you take a zumba then Jawbone would be a one to get. You can tag the class you just took. And the other reason I will say Jawbone is that it has the best app.

I enjoy the look of this item vs. the Fitbit. I wish it read your steps, etc. on the device instead of a phone or other item.

This specific item is an excellent tracker. The tracking details are accurate and simple. I am satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this product.

I like the sleek look, as welll as the heart-rate monitor and sleep tracking.

Easy to put on and take off. Most of the functions seem to be working. However, on several occasions when I synched the UP3 to my iPhone, it showed that I was sleeping when I wasn't (e.g., 21 hours, 17 hours and 16 hours). It also on several occasions said that I was only asleep for 2 hours, when I know it was much longer. We're planning on taking it back.

Love it BUT I would recommend a dark color bracket. The gold bracelet always looks dingy and picks up the color from clothes.

It is poor on sleep better on fitness. Overall not as accurate as one would expect.

I read a lot of reviews for different fitness trackers before I found the jawbone. Works very well and is quite stylish! Great product!

30 days after purchase stopped working and would not charge. Sending back to Jawbone.

Have been using UP since 2014. Decided to upgrade for the heart monitor. LOVE IT!

I bought this for my husband he has had heart problems and I just wanted to make sure he keeps an eye on it he just loves it. The only reason I gave it a 3 star rating he had a little bit of trouble setting it up but they did help him at our local Best Buy store and he has trouble putting it on and off.

So far it still works and we r happy with it. So if I buy another I would buy it.

I liked for the week I had it then it kept falling off my wrist and I lost it. I read the reviews before buying and saw the clasp and thought that doesn't look like it could fall off, it's hard to get clasped so how could it come off? Didn't take long to find out lost in just over 7 days of ownership.

Got this for my daughter so she can track all the steps she does during workouts

I really liked this when I first got it. Did everything I needed it to do for my first activity tracker. I've had it a year now (bad recently about everyday use as the band became irritating to wear) the clasp has started to come apart now, I haven't lost it but will be upgrading.

Didn't charge after 2 weeks, the UP app is the best I have seen so far thats why im giving it a 3. I Have had a lot of issues with the previous models. I have the fit bit now , but the app is not as good as the up. Best buy only offers 15 days to return, then no refund just store credit

I only say this because no other one tracks your heartbeat like Up 3.

It is not water proof which was the main thing I wanted. It did not show time just lit up icons. I exchanged it for the Garmin and it does all I need and want. Unless you want to check your phone for any information you have done for the day you might want a different product
