The battery life on the jawbone trackers are completely useless and waste of your time. I've traded in three jawbone trackers over the past three years.

This product is not as good as the Up24. It doesn't sync regularly and even more importantly the clasp is not secure. This will be lost on several months.

My family gave my wife and I these new fitness trackers as part of late mothers day early fathers day gifts. This is the first time I have worn a device like this and in the span of a week it has changed how I think of my health It was easy to set up and the AP is easy to navigate and understand on my IPhone, I now find myself walking to the store and my wife and i fight who gets to take the trash to the trash chute (85 steps round trip) - I have also been learning about my sleep patterns and seeing how drinking wine before going to bed effect my resting heart rate - need to drink more water before going to bed- not giving up wine. In researching the product there are even more features coming in the short term so this gift will keep on giving

I used to have jawbone bracelet but In this case my intuition went wrong. The bracelet stop working after a month of having it with me. I brought a different charger and nothing happened.

It's easy to use And it was super quick to set up.

The wrist band software works good and the band works as expected except that the band clasp keeps coming undone. It just kind of slides together and there is nothing to keep it connected.

This is one of five Jawbone bands we own. It worked fine for the first six months and then the rubber band began to split in multiple places. It has a year warranty so I contacted Jawbone and they sent me another. Unfortunately, that one was DOA. I followed all the troubleshooting steps to no avail. I've called jawbone requesting another replacement as this one comes with a 90 day warranty. They are refusing to replace their replacement that I received this week! Terrible customer service. I will never buy another of their products.

Disappointed and returned. It didn't track stairs, sleep accurately, had to open app on phone daily to sync otherwise data was lost.

I have had my Up3 for just over a month now, and I am quite pleased with this product. No, it does not offer continuous heart rate monitoring, but I personally place a much higher value on the resting heart rate it does provide. The sleep analysis is very helpful, and the smart coach app features I have found to be quite motivating. I love that I do not have to take the band off to shower or wash dishes. It stays on all the time, except for about 1 hour a week when it has to charge, and I have had no problems with the clasp. It is very light and comfortable, I hardly notice it. This band does have room for improvement. It has some very nice sensors, and I remain hopeful that the company will release firmware updates to expand the functionality of the band -- but I personally think it is worth the price as is, so any increase functionality will just be an added bonus. They have already released one firmware update for the band that improved battery life, addressed some issues with changing modes, and allegedly improved the sleep data (though I had no complaints with sleep data before). I did a lot of research on fitness trackers prior to making my decision, and I'll admit that the bad reviews I kept reading for the UP3 made me nervous, but I held out and I'm glad I did. The band has not disappointed, and so far I have found customer service to be helpful (not the fastest, but helpful)

this is probably my 8th or so jawbone. i had the Up2, then 3. i have had to replace both versions several times. they just stopped working for no reason. either battery issues or syncing issues. i kept getting jawbone bc i had warrant for product so i was able to get a replacement each time. the last time i bought this, it broke in a short time. i went to get it replaced and best buy no longer carries them. got a fitbit alta instead

Beautiful form and look. I am very partial to the minimalistic, small form vs the competitors. First you need to know what it does: 1. Count steps 2. Sleep analysis with sensors 3. Resting heart rate 4. Reminder and alarms 5. Track goals and progress I get about 5 days of battery at this point and it seems pretty accurate in steps (I wore it at the same time as a pedometer and another model band) and resting HR (I wore a Wahoo BlueHR to bed to compare). Jawbone has committed to allow active HR monitoring, but it is not clear when that is coming. My main interest for HR is to get a long term view of resting HR which is an important measure of heart health. For me the app is the best available out there with a good interface and capabilities. If future firmware updates add active HR and extend the battery life, I would be thrilled. When they add active HR, they probably can do more accurate calorie count, etc.

The clasp keeps breaking and falls off...on the 3rd one. Will not buy it again

I love the size compared to all other trackers. Even the UP24. i had issues with the wake up tapping. It was taking 15 - 20+ taps. Jawbone said they are working on a fix rollout and told me to tap quickly on the area where the message icon is and that works much better. A fix is planned. They also plan to enhance the heartrate monitoring to more than just the RHR via an automatic roll out fix at some point. No current ETA tho. The Jawbone app is awesome and provides a lot of useful information. I have a smartwatch so this is an add on for syncing with Myfitnesspal and the RHR, so for me it's fine. Again the size is not overbearing like many bands are. I just wear it on my right arm with bracelets and it works. It does seem to scuff easier than the 24 tho and the clasp leaves a bit to be desired. Super hard to get it on the first several tines, but I've gotten it down and it's a snap now. Sometimes the sensors dig into my wrist and are uncomfortable but at least it doesn't catch on everything like the 24. I will say that support was very helpful! So overall, it ain't too bad. Oh yeah, the vibration alarm could be stronger, but it still wakes me up.
