I have been using Jawbone Up 24 for over a year now. This was a good upgrade, I only wish that it held tighter to my wrist

The device itself I liked but it does not stay on! I have an Apple Watch but wanted a sleep tracker and this rated high. I read that the clasp is bad but tried it anyway. After it almost fell in the washer I returned it after 5 days. Not worth the money it will just fall off. Switched to a Fitbit Alta for sleep tracking.

I got this so I could help my Mom with hers. I am really enjoying it and it shows the patterns of sleep and heart rate as well as how much activity you have.

Looks great, works great, love it! Been using it for over two months, already lost 7 pounds, moving more, sleeping and eating better.

I purchase this item knowing it had some bad reviews, I still wanted to get it because I had a good experience with the 1st version (even though it broke). This version was the worst version of them all, the review were true to every aspect. This isn't a good product to purchase, it should be removed from the shelves.

It works good to calculate my steps and motivate me at times comparing with friends

I had the device for 2 days, had to return because it wasn't compatible with my Samsung 6 Edge. Customer service tried so hard to help me. I returned it and got the fitbit flex instead. Setup was less then 30 seconds.

So far so good. Like the updated features. Like sleep alarm

Followed troubleshooting steps (plug into computer USB and unplug) and tried to save UP3 from died but failed. Quality is not as good as what it looks like.

I bought one today, cause it said on the package that it was a heart rate monitor. But nowhere in the app does it let you. It is basically a very expensive step counter and a pretty detailed sleep monitor.

I love my jawbone. The only con I have it everything goes thru the phone, but who isn't on their phone anymore...everyone! It looks classy especially for those working professional jobs.

this was good in the first week, the following week noticed it was that not accurate and then decided to stop best buy to return it.

Ok, I read the reviews and saw that some mentioned that the band could easily come loose. Unfortunately I decided to purchase. I kept on tight knowing there was an issue for some. After having for less than 2 weeks, it fell off in my travels and was lost. COMPLETE waste of money.

The band does have a tendency to fall off, but the real issue is the Jawbone network is unreliable. I lost 5 hours of activity tracking today, including 45 minutes on the treadmill, because their network went down. 4th time such an issue has happened in only 2 months since I purchased. I wish I could return it for a Fitbit.

I bought this earlier today not really intending to. I had been considering a Fitbit, but liked the calorie counting feature. I came home excited and attempted to set it up immediately. That was SIX hours ago. IT IS STILL UPDATING FIRMWARE. I have tried resetting it according to the Jawbone website (both ways), I have deleted the app (I have an Iphone 6+), I have restarted my phone, and prayed (seriously), all to no avail. So I guess tomorrow it goes back to Best Buy and so does the earpiece that I bought but could not so I settled on something that I did not like because the shelves were near empty. Now if I am doing something wrong or if I should reconsider please tell me because I really like how this "bracelet" looks compared to the others and I am ready to get in better health and this would be a great assist.

I have gone through 3 of these bands, getting warranty replacements through Jawbone. After my 3rd one breaking I wish I would have just returned it to Best Buy within the first two weeks of having it. I even take it off to shower and all that. I run about 60-75 miles/week on top of having a job that I am on my feet most of the day. I honestly think that it cannot handle this much activity.

I have had to purchase/exchange this product 7 times in less than 2 years. It either breaks or falls off at any time. Jawbone is the worst company. Don't waste your money, and if it falls off while you're driving or walking and don't notice it, you're screwed, Best Buy won't help you, and neither will jawbone. Run the **** away from this company and product.
