Don't waste your money

Charges ok but does not adjust weights accordingly. According to manufacturer it's my problem. Bring handle back to Best Buy and they will order you a new one that we will have to charge you for. Oh and by the way, they are backordered until summer. Have a nice day. Paid $200 for weights that don't work.

Can be great

One dumbbell stopped retracting and loading more weight on one side within two weeks of arrival. We exchanged them in store. Customer service was great. The new set have been in use almost a month now. ( Purchased 1/5/21 but not in stock so took 5-6 days to ship to store.) They are very easy to use. The digital weight select works great. Love that we can have just one thing to store and yet all the different options of a full set of weights.

Great concept, poor execution.

However having 2 sets of them neither set worked properly. The piston that extended to change the desired weight stopped extending or retracing on one dumbell on with both sets i had.

Stopped working, warranty not valid from Best Buy

Yhe weight would no longer adjust. Even though Best Buy claims these come with a 1 year manufacturer warranty, the manufacturer (Jaxjox) does not provide a warranty for their product if purchased from Best Buy. Complete disappointment and no a hassle to get fixed. Best Buy needs to verify their product description before selling. Do not buy.
