Had a hard time keeping these in the ears. Tried multiple configurations. Ended up returning them. A no hassle return. They were great about it!

Is a product with some bad points at the time to use the rubber earplugs get lose when,are in use after 4 hours, and there are no way to buy a replacement .

The ear fins are hard. The round part that fits the ear buds themselves hurt my ear. The most comfortable and best working find are the bose

I bought them during Thanksgiving deals. I had to return them back. The mic is really bulky and not comfortable, especially during workouts.

I use headphones a lot, so the ones I bought last year had broken. These will be good replacements.

I got these headphones because everyone would rave about them, once I opened them they felt super cheap and fragile. Returned them that same day.

I brought these headphones because they were claimed to be the "next best thing" from Jaybird. Now granted, the companion app makes these headphones sound a lot better, but I can't enjoy my music because the things won't even stay in my ear! I've tried every fitment combination and nothing seems to work. And using the charging dongle makes it worse. 10/10 would never buy again.
