Earbud Disappointment
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had these earbuds for sometime now, so I thought I would give a review. I have had several types of Jaybirds in the past and was excited when I came across the Vista 2. I researched and debated on these for a long time before deciding to buy them. I am very disappointed in them! They let most of the noise come through, even the wind, while running. And when charging, I have to be very careful that they are both charging because if I don't, one will charge to 100% while the other to 25%. Plus it appears that they are one size fits all. It takes some effort to fit them in my ears.

Bummed Out!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I LOVED Jaybird Vistas and was replacing them because my dog chewed them up for a third time. I had no reason to think the Vista 2 was going to be any thing but teriffic. Boy was i WRONG! I HATE these ear buds! They are difficult to get to connect, are constantly dropping off of all wifi sources and are super difficult to try to reconnect both buds if you pause them. Noise canceling is ok and the sound is workable with the app. I wanted to love theses just as much as I loved the old ones, but I am just really SO disappointed in them. Sure hope the constant dropping wifi is just an issue that can be solved with an update. So bummed out!

Good sound and good fit
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.True wireless earbuds are everywhere now, but this set brings some features that stand out. The replaceable ear hooks fit pretty well, although I had realized the smaller size (that don't have secure hooks) were more comfortable for me. The case is small, convenient, and uses a USB-C port to charge (I like that this is becoming more standardized.). The case also charges the earbuds without being plugged in. Plus wireless charging! Well done. Sound is pretty good, connectivity is simple and reliable. It definitely helps to use the Jaybird app in order to get access to other features. Those features? For one, it has locating capabilities in case you misplace the charging case. You can also change the tapping functions of the earbuds. Two other features are the Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) and SurroundSense - the former filters external sounds out, the latter let's them in. ANC works pretty well, even giving it the handheld-vacuum-next-to-my-face test. But letting noise in? SurroundSense seems like a weird thing. At first one might think it's no different than simply not having noise cancellation, but it seems to do more than that. It allowed me to clearly hear some sounds around me while also letting me clearly hear what was playing through the buds. It's almost a strange thing to experience, but it works pretty well. The primary use case I can see for this is using the buds while listening to spoken word/podcasts and still being able to hear someone talking to me. If there was one complaint, I would say that I don't like the push-button controls: you have to press in the earbuds, no swiping. It got rather uncomfortable pressing the buds further into my ear just to skip tracks, etc.

Poor Quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No advantage over Vista unless you prefer extra wind noise while cycling. I was hoping to see advantage over Vista but nope. I use for riding and when you get 14mph and above extra wind noise drowns out the music. Noise cancelling function adds extra noise- useless. The phone feature to take calls poor yet again. Thinking that I just got a lemon I exchanged them for a different pair at Best Buy. Equally poor I returned them as well. For cycling, no way.

Garbage
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned these for 20 days. The left bud stopped charging and the right stopped producing sound. The app says both are connected and I have gone through the settings both on the device, my phone, and have tried all the fixes. There are innumerable posts online regarding the same issue, all of which were resolved by Jaybird sending new units.

Worse product ever
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Do not waste your time fine this product. For how expensive it was at the time I expected a better product. This is my second pair because the connection was not working whether it didn't connect to the phone at all or one of the headphones wasn't connected even though I reset it. Now the actual case does not want to charge and this product isn't even a year old before I had many issues.

Jaybird Vista 2

Connection issues
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Severe connection issues. Will not stay connected after I pause them or if I take one out of my ear. Have keep putting them back in the case to connect, soooooooo annoying! Do not fit good either. The first Vistas were way better fitting and connecting. Pass these up!

Dead on Arrival
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Did not work out of the box, had to return. Not sure what has happened to Jaybird, they used to make really good products. Read numerous reviews on how quick they died on others, but still wanted to give them a try since I used to own the prior generation Vista's

Poorly made headphones
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Not sure how the ratings on these are so high. Both the Active Noise Cancelling and the regular audio are extremely grainy. ANC has a lag so I can hear it trying to cancel a noise that happened a second prior. Regular audio has this background hum. Absolute garbage for the price
