It obviously lacked the punch i expect from a JBL product. better get back to the drawing board.

After all had to do to get correct sound bar is alright

Should have stuck with LG. This thing goes into power saving any time we switch inputs or channels or individual videos on YouTube. It's so annoying because we miss the beginning of whatever is being broadcast as the speaker decides to wake up and pay attention again. Will not purchase again.

It's really annoying. I have connected my laptop's Bluetooth with other speaker's Bluetooth and I had never had any problems. but the sound is excellent I hear most details with this soundbar. I will ask the store if I can exchange a new one. Hopefully, they will give a new one and I don't have a problem with Bluetooth connection. besides that everything is excellent.

very weak for the price

Not enough bass and hard set up
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.While at the store none of the display units were working properly and the young man that "helped" us didn't seem to eager fix the problem. I purchased this system based on JBL's reputation. I got home and found that set up for the base to the master unit wasn't completed at manufacturer. There were NO instruction on how to set this part up included. YouTube was some help and the steps were strange for set up. Once I got it synced the bass level was so low I thought it wasn't synced or turned on. I turned everything up and finally heard it but the voice and everything else was at an uncomfortable level for relaxing TV or music. I returned it. While there I was I asked for help and got a helpful lady. We actually tested there display unit. She was listening to it and gave a look of "that's it." She thought it wasn't turned on until she actually touched the bass' speaker cone. Had it for a week.

The sound cuts in and out as shows or movies are playing depending on the show/movie sound quality! Just dissapointed.

They said they found no issues after they updated it. I hope it last as long as the last series... If you buy it GET A WARRANTY or you will be sorry!!!

It did not work. He called Best Buy and they said he needed to talk to JBL. He did and they thought the problem was a cord. They sent him a new one but it still did not work. We are still trying to resolve the problem.

Got defective speaker work well for few days

Might be something wrong with woofer. Would it recommend this to anyone.
