Q: I have a jbl 2.1 sound bar. It keeps flashing pcm and sound is going out and back on
A: mine just started doing it tonight.. Every 20 seconds the sound shuts off for 3 - 5 seconds. My tv is on PCM.. Please help JBL
A: The jack on the subwoofer is basically for upgrading the firmware on both the soundbar and the subwoofer.

A: Yes it'll work with the optical cable coming out of the cable box. But the soundbar won't work with say a DVD player or anything else you have hooked up to the TV since the audio source is only coming from the cable box.

Q: I have a JBL charge speaker. Would this be able to connect to that speaker as well via Bluetooth?
A: If you're listening to music from your phone or laptop via bluetooth, you could connect to both this system and another bluetooth speaker, and play them both at the same time. I just did that tonight with this system and a non-JBL bluetooth speaker, so there's no reason you couldn't do that with your charge speaker if that's also a bluetooth speaker. However, you would not be able to use the other bluetooth speaker with your television sound, as that is not transmitted by bluetooth, but through optical or HDM cable.
Q: Can i add a extra subwoofer to the 2.1 sistem??
A: Unfortunately you cannot.
Q: Does this audio system comes with optical cable or any other cables?
A: Our JBL Bar 2.1 comes with an optical cable.
