If you're listening to music from your phone or laptop via bluetooth, you could connect to both this system and another bluetooth speaker, and play them both at the same time. I just did that tonight with this system and a non-JBL bluetooth speaker, so there's no reason you couldn't do that with your charge speaker if that's also a bluetooth speaker. However, you would not be able to use the other bluetooth speaker with your television sound, as that is not transmitted by bluetooth, but through optical or HDM cable.

Even via Bluetooth because it can only receive an audio signal from a source but not to transmit from one source to another.
