Easy set up. Good value. Really makes my tv sound better. Would get another for another tv

I bought this in April 2019 and it's just about December 2019 as I write this. The sound quality is great with rich bass, but never overpowering other sounds. My biggest gripe about this soundbar is that when playing video games, during loading screens, or any time there's no audio at all, the soundbar will go into an unprompted sleep mode. What I mean by this is that when the audio resumes after a loading screen for example, the soundbar has to wake itself back up and it skips out on the first half second of that audio. It doesn't de-sync, but you'll ALWAYS miss that first little bit of a song or dialogue. This might sound like nit-picking, but I paid over $250 for this at the time, and it's happening every few minutes while gaming. I play a lot of story-heavy games (mostly RPGs), so when there's no audio for dramatic effect and a song comes in, but I'm introduced to the song by an abrupt hiccup and the 4th beat, it kinda takes you out of the experience. If you're looking for a soundbar purely for movies and shows, this should do you just fine on sale, but if you play video games at all search elsewhere because JBL has no interest fixing this issue; I've searched for weeks.

Love this sound bar. Has a Bluetooth link to play music from my phone through it. Makes my TV sound great. JBL rocks.

I use this on my desk where I have 3 monitors, and it is one of the best speaker decisions I have ever made. I previously had issues with actual desktop speakers because they didn't fit nicely on multi-monitor setups, but this sits perfectly underneath the monitors. It also sounds just as good, if not better than the Klipsch 2.1 speakers it replaced. Highly recommend.

I work with professional audio and video equipment. I tend to be pretty picky with audio and visual home products. JBL typically isn't the brand I would jump to for home audio. This audio system ROCKS. It has just the right touch of everything to make you feel like you are at the Theater. I have this system hooked up in my basement square cove and it's absolutely perfect. When you have the volume lower it provides a nice quiet and low bass level to not wake anyone up. However, if you are looking for a heart pounding system at the higher volume levels, this is the right system for you. Wow...this system rocks when you have it around the 25-40 volume setting. The bass is incredible and the rest of the mids and highs all sing nicely so that all audio can be clearly heard. I would recommend this system to anyone who is looking for a small room system.

Bought this to replace our Bose system because of the wireless sub and single bar vs. a pair and couldn’t be happier. I own JBL pro live sound gear for my band so JBL was an easy choice based on my experience with their quality and reliability. Price point is spot on for sound quality and ease of use. Using our directv remote to control tv, sat receiver and sound bar vs two remotes is definitely convenient.

I needed a good audio source in order to understand the audio form my TV with my government hearing aids. JBL's sound bar is the answer.

Easy to set up right out of the box. The best buy employee told us that these speakers would enhance our TV which they do a fantastic job at. You can also turn the volume all the way down and listen just through the speakers too. Don't mute the volume or mute will constantly show on the TV screen. We have also connected the speakers too our phones and to our Amazon Echo and Dot. Good product for the money.
