    Do not purchase this soundbar. I bought this without looking up reviews. The bass is loud it doesnt have a dialogne enhancement. Every action scene was to loud and couldn't hear at low volume. The max is 31. This model is 2019, save 200 and buy a Vizio Elevate.

    Sound quality is decent but the subwoofer died after a few days and needed to return the unit.

    Not What I Expected,I own the jbl 3.1 soundbar and it outperforms this jbl 5.1 soundbar. I don't know where bbl went wrong but you would think a more expensive unit with more speakers would have more detail and sound on the contrary it does not

    I don’t think it turns my TV up very loud and I cannot tell if the subwoofer even works...

    Open box, the hdmi cable had obvious signs of wear with paint on the cable. The sound bar is missing the control, wasn’t specified in the open box sticker or else I wouldn’t have bought it.

    When you change stations or devices using ARC takes a reset to the sound BAR.

    great sounds but Arc didn't work as expected

    old model had multiple HDMI inputs and it seems they didn't update their firmware for the single HDMI they offer on the new model. HDMI Arc should auto pass through the HDMI signal from the input but does not. need 2 remote to manage input. after they correct that I would consider buying it again

    So Dissatisfied With This And BestBuy

    Having problems with this item. It plays thru the Bluetooth, but can't get it to play from the television. Tried calling Best Buy and was on hold for over an hr before I hung up. Going to return tomorrow.
