A: Same here. When we hook it up to the PS4 it has good bass, but not great. When hooked up to the TV, you can hardly tell the subwoofer is on. There is minimal bass even after the firmware update and turning the bass to level 5. We have watched movies that had good bass in them and still the subwoofer isn't nearly as good as the reviews. We checked the settings on our Samsung TV, reset the soundbar, repaired the sub, replaced the HDMI cable, hooked it up with optical cable, moved the sub around etc...and still VERY underwhelming bass.
