    Absolute garbage, want to connect to your wifi with a required app and refuses to discover the sound bar and subwoofer. Do not waste your money on this piece of trash. Absolutely frustrating and I will never purchase jbl again, ever...

    Unable to sync with new Samsung tv.

    Bought this system along with a new Samsung tv, unable to get system to sync with the tv. Tried both hdmi and optic cable no good. Geek Squad was no help they kept blaming the cable company. Waist of time and money, I will be returning it.

    Constant wireless issues connecting the sub. Would not recommend this item or manufacture company. I’d return this item and look for another manufacturer to buy from. This item is awful. The auto on/off feature is difficult to use as well. Won’t recommend

    piece of garbage. It constantly turns on and off with no one watching TV. Last night while watching a show it turned itself off three different times. Of course, I am not outside of the return window. don't waste your money!!!

    bought this a couple of years ago and its still working amazing, has good sound and the sub wow you can feel it through the floors

    After purchasing this item, within one week i noticed sometimes it would cut on and off. So I contacted jbl they had me update and its still having the issue, unfortunately I threw the box away, if i could return it i would. I just want a soundbar that works

    Hugely disappointed. Problem: Extremely weak vocals, poor mid-range, and extreme dynamics that are too loud. A $500 system should have separate treble/ mid-range/ bass controls.

    My friend has exactly the same one, but his got 5 differents level of Bass, why this only had 3? Low, mediun, High. If is 5.1 channel. Thats the reason why i return it, no what i Expected. Sorry, i'm barely learnig English...

    Bad product after 2 months of use the subwoofer it's not working anymore, I made a little research and I discovered many complaints about the same issue.

    I bought this and it sounded really bad and quiet. Then when you would turn it up loud it would pop and buzz just no good. I did return it. I would not want this again if it was free...sorry go with the Polk

    Wont stay muted. Makes my TV constantly display the volume. Volume controls very slow. Not worth the money. Pretty disappointed.

    Decent sound. More than enough bass. Had a Bose sound bar and the sound quality was definitely better.

    Beware when buying open box online. My item said excellent. Was shipped and was missing hdmi cable and wall mounts. Do not recommend buying open box online it is a pure gamble.

    We bought open box and could not get the system to Bluetooth to the LG TV. Also, did not have remote. Returned and bought a LG sound bar subwoofer system.
