Overall good product. This item stop working after heavy wind and rain in my area. I aasume it was surge issue.

Great Buy! I was super surprised by the soundbar… sounded like I had a surround sound system. And the sub POUNDS!

It sounds really good and has thundering bass and clear audio very easy to pair via Bluetooth or optical cable

We purchased an open box item, the salesperson looked at the counter in the department, didn't see the item so he took off to a different area which apparently was also used for storage. 30 seconds after he left to start his secondary search, my wife found the sub woofer and the sound bar setting behind a slim box that was particularly hiding it. We waited quite a while for the salesperson to make it back so we could show him what he was looking for. The product itself was simple to set up. Works great and we would recommend this as a sound bar to consider if you are looking for one.

Best sound bar one can get in this price range of comparable quality. This has a huge bass module and really enhances the movie experience.

After using this for several months, it really is a great value. Sinks up with tv or Apple TV Remote to so that you only have to use one remote, and the sorround is great. You can tell when they want you to feel the sound is coming from specific angles. I’d say it’s a bit focused on the highs for speech clarity. Voices don’t sound like form a tv, they sounds like if they were in person because of the highs you usually miss in other sorround sound. Can’t complain.

Love the big, powerful subwoofer. Watched an action packed dinosaur movie and it really shook the room. Setup was super easy as well. Recommended.

Our Klipsch R10b died. We liked it so well that we just ordered a Klipsch Cinema 600 3.1 which we didn't like at all. Purchased a Sony HTG700 from Best Buy. We almost kept it but just weren't sure so we purchased our JBL2GBAR51 from Best Buy and compared the two. While the Sony had loads of different settings that really did change the sound, the JBL sounded more full and well rounded to us. The Sony was a little tinny to our ears. We've had the JBL for 6 weeks now. We are happy with our choice.

Love the JBL sound. I can hear their voices so much better and the bass makes it sound like you're in a theater.

This definitely sounds great, sounds clear and I love how deep the bass is when playing music or watching movies

Easy to hook up. Great sound. I play movies and watch TV and movies through it. Nice bass sound to it. Will do fine for a man cave.

Great quality of sound. I like the sleek design which allows me to place it either above my tv or below it.

Purchased open box, had to buy a remote to adjust bass. System works great. Big difference from using LG TV audio, can discern voices even at low volume.

This soundbar package is an incredible value. It really sounds good for a compact product with great connectivity. When I first turned it on, I was a bit unimpressed, but after running the calibration routine it sounded much better. All compact speakers have some compromise and this one is no exception. There's something in the mid range that makes drums sound like they have a stuffy nose, if that makes any sense. :) I work in pro audio; I may be a bit more picky than most. I would rate the sound as adequate which means it's awesome for the average person. It integrates really well with any system; a great product overall.

I cannot get the soundbar to connect to the app. In spite of having great WiFi strength, and seeing that the bar is “online” app can’t fine it and bar won’t reset to factory settings. Bar has good sound, bass is not real strong.
