I wanted to like this, but... Base module is large, really large and heavy and in my opinion over powering to the bar which I think is rather flat sounding with muddled separation and vocials.

This soundbar is made for a medium size to a large living room or you risk balancing issues. It tries to give you movie theater sound. So you raise the volume to comfortable level to hear voices and when an explosion happens you really feel the boom. Great for family movie night. Not for people who don't want to wake the baby or annoy neighbors

Perfect 5.1 channel sound. Very deep bass, makes the house sound like a movie theater.

I replaced the Polk system with this one, which gives better sound, and even though is not an actual surround system it does give the impression of surround during certain shows. I must say though the sound industry must be limiting the volume of the systems now, because the same JBL system with the same size sub and less power I bought 7 years ago has much better volume and base. Could literally rock the house! This one is good, but disappointing in comparison.

Nice for the price. Got this as a Black Friday splurge. Took a bit to figure out hooking it up. Not sure what I was expecting, but I don't get amazing surround-type sound. However, it makes the whole experience of TV watching more enjoyable because I can understand dialogue better without using the subtitles! The bass is a nice addition, especially when watching movies really loud. It makes the music sound amazing compared to the TV alone.

The customer and YouTube reviews We’re very helpful in my choice of picking the soundboard over a higher price of those Sony or other systems for the price you can’t beat if you like great food and beef this is the sound bar system before you I highly recommend it it goes great with my 85 inch Sony and sounds very well in my large living room area a great bar for a great price
