    This provides the best sound I’ve ever had from a soundbar system. It’s great at producing crisp, clear dialogue while providing the booming sound of a theater system. The surround sound effect is impressive, especially during action movies. Don’t hesitate to spend the extra dollars on this system as it’s totally worth it!

    We bought this open box item thinking we were getting a great deal! Get home only to find out it does not work in our living room. So we tried our bedroom, which did not work there either. So back to the store to return it and buy a brand new one that was the same. We were not happy about this open-box purchase at all (but we are happy that Best Buy allows us to return open box items.) I will say our brand new surround speakers (that are the same as the open box) are AMAZING. I had completely forgot about them the next day and when I went to watch a movie they were on and I pretty much jumped off my couch.
