    For the $160.00 I paid it's a good sound not the quality I expected from JBL. If I paid retail I would have returned it

    Previous soundbar was a Vizio with an 8 inch sub. The cheaper Vizio sounds better and it’s not even close. I already tore the box up and put in recycling. It’s real hard for me to not return this unit. The sound is just not good. Volume 19 is not loud enough and volume 20 is too loud. The Vizio feels like surround sound and this unit sounds like TV speakers with an added sub that has loud bass.

    Sound quality is great, menu and OSD control could be better, Airplay works well with iPhone. HDMI E-arc tv control is a little delayed especially for changing volume level, not a deal breaker but kind of annoying. For the price I am not sure you can beat the features and audio quality possibly an LG atmos bar or Vizio bar would be better if on sale.

    This is an awesome sound bar for the price. Only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I think it lacks a little bit on the treble side of the spectrum. The bass from the sub is great and the mids are really good as well.
