I want to love this soundbar so bad. The build is excellent. It looks sleek under my TV. The sound quality is outstanding as well as the virtual surround. It really does have a way of wrapping the sound all around you even just as a single bar with a sub. However, no matter what I do, there is an audio delay. I tried HDMI ARC and Optical and both produce a delay even when set to PCM. On Dolby the delay is even worse. I thought maybe it was my TV but when I tested it with an optical connection on my 7 year old Vizio soundbar from the other room there is no delay. I ended up returning this bar and first tried a Sony soundbar, I don’t recall the model but it was quite expensive. I thought that one sounded very tinny, maybe because of the microscopic tweeters and underwhelming sub. Now I’ve finally settled on a Samsung Q900T which is again even more expensive, but it has no audio lag and all of the features I want. And it sounds fantastic. I’m not sure what the problem with the JBL Bar is, maybe it has something to do with pairing it with my specific TV, I really couldn’t find many complaints online of audio lag. If there was no delay it would be the perfect soundbar. Unfortunately the delay was just too bad to ignore. I tried for a month to correct it to no avail.

Pretty good sound for the money. Not gonna blow the windows out of your place and not really a heavy bass system. Just all around decent sound for movies!

I really love the bass on this set up. It’s way better than my Bose 300 with the sub, costs half the price, usually my wife tells me to lower it because it’s too loud

sounds great with the surround sound, I love watching movies and playing games with this. It's pretty nice to sit back relax and experience almost cinematic like experience with the sound bar and sub-woofer.

I bought this Jbl soundbar to replace a Polk soundbar that i was having problems with. This JBL soundbar and sub sounds great. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Love the new soundbar! Has adjustable woofer accents to mellow or enhance whatever type of program we are viewing! Simple to install and begin using!!!

Sound quality from this sound bar in our small room is great! Perfect for our needs. Was told this was the closest we could get to surround sound without breaking the bank. Couldn’t be happier.

Best bang for the buck IMO. This might be a little more than others, but in this case, you get what you pay for. No others output the bass & volume that this one does so far that I have had or heard.

We have had bose, yamaha, and samsung sound bars in the past. We decided to go JBL this time around and by far the best one yet. Sound is clear and you don't have to turn up to far to be loud. We absoutely love it.

I sometimes can’t get it to connect to my tv, however, I somehow get it to connect and I’m very pleased with my purchase.

I love this little audio system. It’s got a lot of features, and it’s very easy to set up. Bought as a gift for my father and he’s having a blast!

This sounds awesome! I love that the subwoofer is wireless and just needs an outlet for power. I was skeptical because of the price but after having it to use for a week I am very satisfied.

I think this sounds really good for a simple sound bar subwoofer setup. Wish it had an EQ or sound modes to change for different types of listening experiences.

The sound is terrific! I had a little trouble syncing the subwoofer to the sound bar. I eventually called Samsung after following all the instructions. They walked me through it and it is finally working great.

I bought a samsung latest model bar which was so bad i had to immediately take it down. Bought this product and it checks out everything on my list that i wanted in my soundbar. Best sound....

Great quality of surround sound given that there are no actual surround speakers; pretty impressed, especially after calibrating. Sub loses wireless pairing sporadically but is easily fixed. Happy with purchase.

If your looking for that theater sound then this is the way to go the bass is magnificent the only thing bad about this is the highest volume is 31 whereas my old Samsung sound bar goes to 90

Excellent sound quality and features. This soundbar has an auto calibration that works very well. The sound stage is on par with that of much more expensive units. For the price you can't beat it.

This set up has great bass!! I do wish the bar it self would get louder! But I like insane loud for music! Overall I’m pleased. Bass is what is awesome though.

I have 4 total sound bars from Samsung to Sony but JBL takes the cake it sounds like your in the movie theater i would definitely recommend this sound system compared to all the rest!
