When I tested the soundbar out in the store it sounded really good but when I purchased the item and brought it home, it sounded so different from the store display. For having a 10 inch subwoofer, the bass was very weak even on max setting. Speaking of settings, there was absolutely no control over treble or the center channel speaker or of any channels on the soundbar. I was in shock and the lack of controls and the lack in bass. There really isn't much to say other than this was a huge disappointment. I found many JBL products in the past than this one was such a let down.

Constant cut outs

There is crackle in the soundbar. If it wasnt for those huge things i would have given it 4-5 stars. The sound is great and the subwoofer hits like a hammer. BUT, it cuts out too much to enjoy it. Might be returning it.

Decent sound quality though is lacking bass.

Not compatible for video-karaoke installation or needs additional technical support if it does. May be good only for audio-video watching purposes, not intended for karaoke use. BestBuy representative was very helpful in finding ideas how to possibly connect this unit to my appliance, but had to return it eventually.
