    Worst sound system in history no eq settings at all always has an audio delay no matter what AirPlay and Bluetooth constantly have to be reset. Reconnecting it to WiFi all the time and have to factory reset to get it to work again. I bought the unit in March of 2020 only comes with a 1 year warranty and now product stopped working completely. I will never buy jbl again I have friends who spent half the price on audio systems that blow this system away in every aspect jbl needs to step its game up this product is absolutely trash

    Not Terrible, but not for me. I like Higher Qualit

    Ended up taking the product back. The sound quality was just not what I was looking for. Ended up getting a Klipsch bar that was much more crisp in sound.

    Bought new for half off, still not worth it

    I “scored” this sound bar set up for 300 on black friday. Only to find out it wasnt even worth the 300 bucks.

    Annoying sound issues.

    If you get the audio from the HDMI cable. You're gonna have issues. It kept losing sound like crazy. Not sure why jbl has so many issues. I had the older model and the sub kept disconnecting. They have some bad quality issues that needs to be fixed. I wanted to like the sound bar. But losing audio all the time is something I couldn't deal with. You might have better luck then me. I bought it brand new not open boxed. But best buy had a lot of these soundbars open box. So I'm guessing people had issues like me.

    Extreme let down. Has no bass and no adjustments to further enhance sound. It is clear but not worth the money. I listened to this bar in the store and it sounds nothing like that once Installed. I bought for the name and made a mistake. Take a look at Klipsch. Better value for less money

    Has great sound cant lie, but connection to my playstation constantly made my tv screen glitch and go black i wouldnt recommend

    Awful system. Right out of the box this system was a pain to deal with. The subwoofer wouldn't connect to the sound bar, I tried contacting JBL support and it was impossible to get a hold of them. After spending hours trying to get the sub to talk to the sound bar I gave up and returned it.

    Just plugged it in and it is crap! So disappointed that JBL even put there name on this! No control on the base and trying to get it to connect to Bluetooth is a joke. I have a 8 year old JBL sound bar and 8” cordless sub and it puts this to shame! Do not buy! It’s not even loud! Crap!

    Stay away… Worked for about a month then the volume display does not go away from the TV screen. Disconnect, Reconnect, unpair, pair, different HDMI cable, Nothing… Spent an hour on a customer support chat with JBL and was told it is a software issue that will be corrected with an OTA update…That was a month ago… I have given up

    I have the 3.1 and by far the 3.1 blows this one away. 5.1 weaker treble and bass. 3.1 volume 25 (max 40) is similar to the 5.1 at max. Bass selection 5.1 low/med/max not ideal. 3.1 is ranged way better. Disappointed.

    We are having a hard time trying to balance the speakers. The installers did not leave the remote for the soundbar.

    Absolute garbage, want to connect to your wifi with a required app and refuses to discover the sound bar and subwoofer. Do not waste your money on this piece of trash. Absolutely frustrating and I will never purchase jbl again, ever...

    Unable to sync with new Samsung tv.

    Bought this system along with a new Samsung tv, unable to get system to sync with the tv. Tried both hdmi and optic cable no good. Geek Squad was no help they kept blaming the cable company. Waist of time and money, I will be returning it.

    Constant wireless issues connecting the sub. Would not recommend this item or manufacture company. I’d return this item and look for another manufacturer to buy from. This item is awful. The auto on/off feature is difficult to use as well. Won’t recommend
