Very excellent sound, the app doesn’t work but in general I love it

Bought 1 year ago and i am very satisfied with the sound quality and responsiveness of both the sound bar and the subwoofer as there are no delays from the sub nor the bar

The JBL soundbar delivers great sound quality when it’s working, but it occasionally disconnects from the TV when using an HDMI connection.

I purchased this to replace an under utilized 7.1 system in our living room (we only had 3.1 set up) and we couldn't be happier. My wife didn't want to stare at the receiver or big speakers anymore. The sound pops and it truly makes the floor rumble when the bass is on level 4 or 5 out of 5 levels. Wow! While it sounded great directly out of the box a key thing was to calibrate it with the remote (hold the HDMI button for 5 seconds) and it actually sounds like full sorround sound without having rear speakers or running wires all over the place. I'm now a JBL fan for life! Seriously, don't hesitate if great bass and clear sound is important to you. We just had a jam session listening to our favorite songs and absolutely loved it.

Sound bar has great sound quality. Multiple drivers help emulate a traditional 5.1. A huge plus is the 10 inch subwoofer. Most sound bars have such pathetic subwoofers. Most are 6 inch woofers at best and in large rooms they defuse instantly to vaulted ceilings, furniture, and carpet. My wife didn't want a 5.1 so this was a pleasant compromise. Cons: Not much sound tweaking other than 3 levels of bass, but the factory EQ is quite good. Older TVs will have issues with sending Dolby Digital output via ARC. Enable ARC passthrough otherwise the sound bar will go into sleep.

needed a sound bar for daily TV. My existing surround sound system only works off the DVR. Excellent sound quality and deep bass. Easily adjustable and the Bluetooth makes rocking out an ease off your phone or laptop.

This soundbar system is AMAZING! It has great bass and treble that can be adjusted. Movies sound fantastic! So easy to install and attach to your entertainment components also! Highly recommend this!

I Love it. And it has some serious base! My TV has never sounded better. Especially Football> Cant wait to hear March madness. When I connect to Pandora, the whole neighborhood gets to hear my collection of rap and metal !

I originally had a set of stereo Apple homepods as my sound bar and when one of the homepods busted I figured it would make a better upgrade. I was worried this soundbar would not be as clear as the Homepods but the audio and detail is much more expansive, rich and the sound quality is crystal clear. I like the JBL remote because i can adjust the bass. Was worried the bass may be too powerful in my small bedroom but on the lower settings it compliments very well. Will be using the included wall mount to hang it below my tv soon. Very happy with this product.
