Having tried and returned other sound bars I felt were too lacking on the bass, once I wired this one up I knew it was a keeper. The 10” subwoofer delivers a good punch and the sound bar itself sounds fantastic. My only complaint is that getting it into the WiFi network was a little difficult.

Excellent sound. I like that I can control the amount of bass from the remote. Only issue I have is that my sound settings are limited now on the tv. Best thing is that sound straight out of the tv was limited in volume. Now I have the sound as loud as I need it and it sounds great. Really neat 5.1 sound too. I would purchase again.

I personally have a well integrated Sonos system, and was looking for a more simple, set up consisting of two peas, but able to give the impression of a 5.1 system, something easy to connect and something more easily used by my elderly parents..set up was without any hiccup and optional ethernet/HDMI with ARC capabilities in addition to smart home integration, and Bluetooth control. I was impressed by this particular JBL “ surround sound” system. Compared to standard sound bars, and of course the TVs built-in speaker system. I was very impressed with the sound stage in ability to control multiple levels, in addition to its integration with the fire TV and its remote control. I would purchase again, and highly recommend five stars.

This is a great soundbar. It is easy to set up, and has crystal clear audio. I felt the subwoofer could have done a little more, but positioning it strategically in a corner or proper location in your room helps.

This system rocks! I got it for an unbelievable price. Only drawback is they should have gave it a larger bass range, bass it goes from 1-5. Ultra clear even at low volume. I would purchase it again without question! Plus it has other features, like Bluetooth and mobile device compatibility.

I love how easy this was to set up. Simply plug and listen. My smart TV recognized the new device immediately. The sub woofer has 5 settings (2 is enough for casual listening to TV shows) and absolutely thumps on 5. Very pleased.

Love it! Sounds make you feel like you’re in a theater.

Bought an open box item but it works great with no issues. My favorite part is probably the sub as it is really powerful and gives you more than enough lows. The only con is that there are three volume settings. The sound bar produces great sound and sounds much better than my previous Sony 2.1 system.

First sound bar I’ve purchased but it definitely provides clean bass and gives the effect of surround sound if the sub is properly located in the room, so I ended up purchasing another smaller version of this JBL sound bar system for another room looking forward to having that installed as well

It was the best purchased we have ever made. We loved it. Sound is great and i wouldnt say much about how clear the sound and the echo sounds around the room. Would totally recommend. Easy to set up and bass sounds amazing.

The good: does a decent job of emulating 5.1 surround sound, though if the layout of your room allows for physical rear speakers, get physical rear speakers. The bad (or at least irritating): I had to connect the soundbar to the internet via an Ethernet connection when I first set it up since I couldn't get it to connect over wifi out of the box. The Ethernet connection allowed it to update the firmware, which in turn allowed me to set up the wifi connection. The wifi connection holds for 4 or 5 days before the soundbar loses its ability to connect to the internet. Only way to reconnect to the internet over wifi seems to be a hard factory reset, which is not something I am interested in doing every 4 or 5 days. Not a complete deal breaker, but I had been looking forward to playing music via alexa through the soundbar, but it's a bigger pain that it's worth for that feature.

Good system for the price - a bit older but works well for my needs.

We picked this up about a month ago and we love it. Super easy to set up, great sound quality and the simulated surround effects sound really good. I would definitely recommend this And with the 10" subwoofer it outshines the other options.

Great sounding system! Goes great with my Sony Bravo TV.

Very good soundbar for the price. If you get it on the current sale ($299) it’s even better. We got it for $399 and it was well worth it. We ended up upgrading to the JBL 9.1 (with the detachable speakers) but this one is solid if you aren’t looking for surround speakers or Dolby atmos.

Good sound Quality , subwoofer and soundbar have a nice balance.
