My old Vizio 5.1 surround sound finally failed and I chose this to replace it. Dialogue is loud and clear, slimmer profile and great base/ volume. Best combo under $500. Surround sound is surprisingly good for a sound bar.

Not bad if you are just watching normal tv. If you want a good sound for movies. This is not your model. I had a Definitive Tech sound bar and it sounded great but i couldnt keep it working anymore. It needed a software update more and more often

Bought it to control the sound levels. There is not much ability to control IE Bass Treble Mids. Voices are low and if you turn up to hear people talk,explosions and guns scare the dogs. Contoling with the remote is sketchy .You press vol button and it takes a bit before it starts moving it and you must be close and straight in front to be able to control as it should,yes new batteries many new batteries.Better than stock TV sound but for $450 bucks I expect more.

The bass is really really good. Great open sound field. Solid build. Heavy with good quality metal speaker grill. Remote is a little cheap and finicky but you can easily program it into a more sturdy TV remote.

Very loud bass, with little to no set up. Having airplay and chrome cast built in, makes it easy to listen to music with any music platform. The subwoofer gets really deep.

I was rather surprised with the way this soundbar sounds. It is pretty detailed and has the right amount of bass for a simple setup. I enjoy watching movies with the sound up loud near theater sound.

First sound bar I’ve purchased. Far exceeded expectations. Sound quality is far better than the Samsung TV it’s paired with. The bass provides great experience whether gaming or watching movies.

The best sound system that ever have, i strongly recommend

One of the best sound bars I ever had. With 10 inches of subwoofer sound that is able to hit the low frequencies you can now enjoy all levels of sound. Not ideal for an apartment.

I was disappointed because the bass was very weak when listening at low to medium volumes. If the sound is turned all the way up the bass is better, but I (and most other people) probably don't want to listen to the TV or music with the volume at such high levels most of the time. Very frustrating because JBL bass is usually really good across the board. I returned the system because of this, but otherwise the system is good. The sound bar has excellent connectivity and good quality sound. This would be an excellent product if it was a standalone bar. The sub is the weak link. Also I think $600 is overpriced, but it's a good choice if you can get it on sale.

sound quality is good. Bass is adjustable as we don't use it for everyday tv. Pricey but didn't do alot of comparison just needed it to work well

Fantastic sounds from this system. It is in a smaller room but the sound it produces is very good for watching movies. Has a very good bass sound.

Great sound and very easy to setup!! Im not an audiophile by any means but this checked all of the boxes and appears to be an excellent sound bar!

This sound bar is amazing!!!! I can’t turn it all the way up because I would have a complaint it’s so loud! The subwoofer makes for amazing bass, I am so thankful I made this purchase

Audio quality is Not loud enough everything else is good

Really enjoy this soundbar! Got it for mostly movies and boy does it deliver! I do wish the controller had a few eq presets though. Not a deal breaker though. I would recomend this soundbar and woofer to anyone.

I got my brother in law to buy one and I recommend it to EVERYONE. I love JBL for several reasons. First the sound quality is amazing, lows and highs just SMACK! Also ive had JBL sound bars for years and they never fail to amaze me. But the only thing i could say is that it doesnt have 4k 2.2 hdmi pass through with HDR. Other then that its amaizng!!!! I would love to try out there 9.2 atmos sound bar but the money didnt make it who knows maybe JBL could hook me up lol i wish. But this is the one to buy. Forget the other brands!!!

Good sound bar it just wasn't as loud as i thought it would be.
