I wouldn't recommend this if you stay in a apartment complex casue the bass will vibrate the walls. Take it from my experience. Luckily i have some cool neighbors. Perfect for playing call of duty and fighting games. Makes the game live in your bedroom.

We love our recently purchased sound bar. We were undecided between th e JBL 5.1 and JBL 9.1, both are amazing however, the JBL 5.1 is all the sound we needed to fill our TV room. JBL thank you for the many years of quality products, my husband and I have been purchasing your quality electronics since 1975!

No serious issues at all. If you want an inexpensive soundbar and sub this one is solid. A few minor things that bugged me... 1) No sound adjustments. You can adjust the level of bass and the overall volume. That's it. 2) Surround sound is created by side firing speakers in the bar. This is fine for a lot of setups but in my house the left side would fire into a whole other room. Creating a dead zone in the surround sound. These won't bother everyone but bothered me.
