Our old system stopped working so we replaced it with a model made by the same maker as our TV. Surprisingly that could not sinc with our remote. We saw this system on sale and upgraded. We love the sound quality. It provides deep rich tone and decent separation.

Great system but shipped without all the parts

I reported it missing to the the company and they said the remotes are on back order so they’re selling this item without all of the advertised pieces and are saying to buy another remote for it. That’s ridiculous since I paid for the remote that comes with the system. So I’m writing this review the last week of March, still waiting on the remote to be sent to my address, and I purchased this item in February.

I wanted at least a 10" subwoofer. I couldn't find anything except this JBL. I have it placed in my family room. I was unsure if the bass would be enough for the large room and I am happy with the results. The sub has a low, medium, and high option which I really like. So far I satisfied, I would recommend this product.

It’s great at producing crisp, clear dialogue while providing the booming sound of a theater system. The surround sound effect is impressive, especially during action movies. Don’t hesitate to spend the extra dollars on this system as it’s totally worth it!

Be careful buying open-box items!

Get home only to find out it does not work in our living room. So we tried our bedroom, which did not work there either. So back to the store to return it and buy a brand new one that was the same. We were not happy about this open-box purchase at all (but we are happy that Best Buy allows us to return open box items.) I will say our brand new surround speakers (that are the same as the open box) are AMAZING. I had completely forgot about them the next day and when I went to watch a movie they were on and I pretty much jumped off my couch.
