I purchased this because i was disappointed with the sound from my TV. sound is powerful, great bass punch, much louder than i will even listen to it. Music connects via bluetooth, and it integrates with my smart home, great purchase.

Had been told it would make it better, but it far exceeded our expectations. Great audio range with no noticeable delay. Definitely makes the movie experience better.

Awesome sound! Seriously extremely happy with this purchase. Have it connected to a 85" Sony Tv purchased from Best buy as well. Soundbar and sub make it sound so surreal and surround sound! In love with it.

I like this Soundbar a lot. I have some negatives: no DTS, too simple of remote and a need of wider sound stage. Bass is insane, simple setup and nice design.

Tried more expensive sound bar did not get the experience we received with this one. It has crisper voices with still get the booming base we were looking for.

Our previous unit no longer worked and we were purchasing a turntable which requires speakers. This was an impulse buy but am very pleased we listened to the floor units in the store a chose the JBL for the sound quality.

It’s works and sounds great. Only small issue was that occasionally when I had my phone connected playing music it would lose connection. It hasn’t happened in awhile so it maybe worked itself out? Other than that it has been awesome so far

Best Buy sales guy steered us correctly! We love our new sound bar. Seriously, we feel like we are at the movies. The bass is amazing. We actually look forward to commercials because they normally have more bass.

I would have to admit the speaker sounded really good and it wasn't to hard to set up but it died after a little over a year just disappointed for what it cost and it didn't last very long

I really love the bass on this set up. It’s way better than my Bose 300 with the sub, costs half the price, usually my wife tells me to lower it because it’s too loud

I want to love this soundbar so bad. The build is excellent. It looks sleek under my TV. The sound quality is outstanding as well as the virtual surround. It really does have a way of wrapping the sound all around you even just as a single bar with a sub. However, no matter what I do, there is an audio delay. I tried HDMI ARC and Optical and both produce a delay even when set to PCM. On Dolby the delay is even worse. I thought maybe it was my TV but when I tested it with an optical connection on my 7 year old Vizio soundbar from the other room there is no delay. I ended up returning this bar and first tried a Sony soundbar, I don’t recall the model but it was quite expensive. I thought that one sounded very tinny, maybe because of the microscopic tweeters and underwhelming sub. Now I’ve finally settled on a Samsung Q900T which is again even more expensive, but it has no audio lag and all of the features I want. And it sounds fantastic. I’m not sure what the problem with the JBL Bar is, maybe it has something to do with pairing it with my specific TV, I really couldn’t find many complaints online of audio lag. If there was no delay it would be the perfect soundbar. Unfortunately the delay was just too bad to ignore. I tried for a month to correct it to no avail.

Love the new soundbar! Has adjustable woofer accents to mellow or enhance whatever type of program we are viewing! Simple to install and begin using!!!

Pretty good sound for the money. Not gonna blow the windows out of your place and not really a heavy bass system. Just all around decent sound for movies!

I think this sounds really good for a simple sound bar subwoofer setup. Wish it had an EQ or sound modes to change for different types of listening experiences.

I love this little audio system. It’s got a lot of features, and it’s very easy to set up. Bought as a gift for my father and he’s having a blast!

sounds great with the surround sound, I love watching movies and playing games with this. It's pretty nice to sit back relax and experience almost cinematic like experience with the sound bar and sub-woofer.

I bought this Jbl soundbar to replace a Polk soundbar that i was having problems with. This JBL soundbar and sub sounds great. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Sound quality from this sound bar in our small room is great! Perfect for our needs. Was told this was the closest we could get to surround sound without breaking the bank. Couldn’t be happier.

I sometimes can’t get it to connect to my tv, however, I somehow get it to connect and I’m very pleased with my purchase.
