      Thank you for your feedback on our JBL Bar 5.1. To isolate the issue, please check if the Bluetooth on your source device is enabled. If your soundbar has been paired before, reset Bluetooth. To do this, press and hold the source button on the soundbar or the Bluetooth button on the remote of your soundbar until "BT PAIRING" is displayed on the bar. Previously paired device is cleared from the soundbar. Then, it will enter Bluetooth pairing mode. On your device, enable Bluetooth and search for "JBL Bar 5.1_xxxx" within 3 minutes. The device name will be displayed if it is named in English. A confirmation tone is heard. If you need more help, please contact us. JBL
