Powerful sound

Surround sound prett good considering it's coming from a bar. Setup: can be a headache. App is garbage. Wifi radio constantly on. Setup menu on panel not intuitive. Deducting 1 star for this Value: Tremendous IF you can get it on sale.

I have this paired with a 50 in tv and audio is rich and bass is massive. Best part is that dialogue is clear even in the middle of sound effect filled scene. Really happy with this purchase.

However, you get what you pay for!! We went with this combo pack and WE LOVE IT. Not only can you control between TV volume or bar. The bass box is AWESOME!! We love the effects it gives in action movies, scary movies, music shows n videos. BEST IMPULSE PURCHASE EVER!!

So glad I bought it for less than $300

I would not be able to use it for a house dance party. It makes watching television and movies enjoyable. Some reviews are saying the bass is not adequate. However, with the correct setting, the subwoofer rumbles my living room. In a nutshell, It is a great upgrade from the my Samsung television’s speakers. It definitely cannot beat a pair of loudspeakers.

old tv sound upgrade success

I did have to figure out that I had to connect the tv with a not included audio cable. Sound is incredible for streamed programs and music channels. The down side is I have to use 2 different remotes to control the sound now. Worth it to me.

I got it for half off during Black Friday sale and will get another next year. JBL has stepped up their game as this is the 3rd product we’ve purchased in the last few years. If you’ve used their boombox or extreme speakers, you know it will meet or exceed your expectations compared to other options for the price.
