The Soundbar sounds good the subwoofer would cut in and out about every 10 seconds the cardboard game unglued from the subwoofer port had to return it. Would not suggest this item. Was an open box by and said it was inspected oh, was not inspected very well because of subwoofer box was damaged and the port was broken.

Sounds like the mids are over powering, so when your listening to something at a low volume it sounds mumbled. Has no choice for settings. So no turning up the treble. At this price point should have came with a optical cable. I will probably return it and get another Vizio for half the price. The Vizio I have sounds better and I've used it everyday for the last 6 yrs.

Great Sound, but subwoofer is always disconnecting

I called LG to see if they can troubleshoot the first one and nothing fixed the issue. So I returned it and got the same one again because I hoped this one would actually work but I did the same thing 8 minutes in after I hooked it up. I really wanted to keep it because it does sound great when it works but I'm disappointed and I'm going to have to return it again smh.

Bass will cut in and out which is completely annoying and destroys immersion which is the reason to even buy the combo. JBL will not assist you in getting the issue taken care of. You're better off buying from a more reputable company.

You would think that if you purchased a bigger system that it would deliver more sound, however not the case. 3.1 is cheaper and to me has better sound quality
