skips like a broken cd player from the 90's

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every 3-5 I have to buy a new one. the bluetooth connection starts skipping music like a broken CD player from the 90's. the bbl charge has 3 times the range, therefore making this Boombox heavy & a hassle. mandatory to get the protection & the inconvenience of having to swap it out at Best Buy, again....

Posted .We appreciate your feedback on our JBL Boombox 3. We recommend doing a factory reset and trying different source devices to see if the issue remains. To reset, while the speaker is on, press and hold the "Volume +" and "Play" buttons for more than three seconds until it shuts off. If the issue continues, please contact JBL Customer Support.
