Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Range is about 8ft when in pocket n an iphone 13 pro. Yeah its loud but if used at higher volumes fhe battery life is horrible. Kinda sad I paid $500 for this and waited all uear long on a late release.

The issue you have experienced with the speaker is likely due to something interfering with your wireless Bluetooth signal, such as microwaves, refrigerators, and other powerful electrical devices. Try moving away from these items, including going outside. Please feel free to contact our customer support directly for further assistance.
Way too much bass

Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. If it is only sometimes that there is too much bass, we need to determine the common denominator. For example, if it only happens on a certain album, you may want to adjust the EQ to reduce the bass a little bit while listening to that album. But if it only happens when you are using a specific streaming service or app, you might want to check with the service or app to improve the sonic quality. However, if it appears to be completely random, try reducing the low-frequency settings in the EQ to find a happy medium so that a typical recording doesn't lose too much bass, but recordings with extreme bass are less excessive. If there is always too much bass regardless of the source or song, this means that the problem is not with the source material. Please try to turn your equalizer Off. Also, to determine if the problem is in the source device, try connecting the speaker to a different device. If the issue persists, please do a factory reset by pressing the volume (+) and play button for more than 3 seconds while your JBL Boombox 3 is On. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
