Posted .The CLIP 2 offers up to 8 hours of playtime when charged for 2.5 hours @ 5V, 0.5A. However, battery life would really depend on how the speaker is used, depending on music content (i.e Rap, R&b, rock, etc...) and volume level would certainly play a major role in the play time of the speaker. If the speaker is at 80-90% volume playing audio with a lot of BASS, battery/play time would be shortened compared to the speaker playing mellow/slow music at 40-50% volume.

For the price a good waterproof speaker
