    Junk I wouldn’t use this for the price nope go to 5 below and get a portable speaker it’s just as good

    This unit will not go into find mode. I have not been able to hook it up to anything. A waste of money.

    Bought the thing for work and barely got in any groove before the battery died

If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. It's best to try when the device is fully charged and if your JBL Clip 4 has been paired with another device before, it may help to forget that device in your Bluetooth settings and try reconnecting.     I waited longer than the 14 days to return my non operable speaker. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to open it promptly as I’m in the middle of moving. It worked for 2 days and now and nothing.

Please check if the LED lights up when plugged in. Try to Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds while the speaker is not plugged into a power source to see if the unit will unlock. Check the charging port for any debris or bent pins. Try moving the charger to see if it would successfully charge. We'd also like to get more information so we can check your options.     Stopped working shortly after I had it. For some reason I could not get it to charge. It charged for me a few times, but stopped working after about three charges.

    Just barely had it for a month and it’s already getting static sounds when I turn it on and play music. Super annoying returning it asap.

    So loud, amazing!!!

    Currently listening to music on it right now. What surprises me the most of this device is how loud it actually is. It’s a perfect device for a small room, a small group; it is perfect for any small area. This JBL clip four is absolutely amazing and you can barely hear it in another room. I’m literally in love. One thing I noticed about this speaker is that it dies fairly quickly when you have it loud constantly. I have tested it countless of times. I’ve been with it about a month now and majority of the time. I have it full volume. It is about five hours to die, sometimes three however when you are using it at a lower volume it does last long hours of constantly playing. I’m not really big on technology, but I think this is supposed to be waterproof or some thing because I dropped it at the beach in cold water, the water temperature doesn’t really matter in this review, anyways it is still working 100% sand even got into the charging port and all I had to do was blow into it to remove the sand. I even used it by continuing to play music and it still works phenomenally. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

      Thank you for your feedback. If your JBL Clip 4 experiences sudden volume changes, it may be due to loudness issues from the source device or speaker. If volume changes only occur as you increase the volume, it is functioning as designed. If volume changes occur at all levels, the source device may be too loud. To fix this, try lowering the volume on the device and connecting the speaker to a different device to see if the problem is with the device or the speaker. You can also try resetting the speaker by pressing and holding "Volume +" and "Bluetooth" for more than 10 seconds.
