In perhaps what is the most significant testimonial... I’m a repeat buyer! We love these. We are a family of 6. My husband and I have a sneaky plan of buying all the kids one until we have an awesome 6 unit system to hook together when we have friends over. Linking multiples is one of the greatest benefits. Of course, there’s also the amazing sound...durability...it’s waterproof... This one, won’t be our last.

Purchased for my husbands birthday. Arrived by mail in a timely way. We have enjoyed listening to music with our new speaker. The bluetooth works great and sounds super.

I listened to all sorts of Bluetooth speakers from many different manufacturers before finally settling on the Flip 4. Don't let the size fool you, it still is able to produce sizable bass, and has plenty of mid range and highs as well. The sound that it produces is perfect. I mainly got it for the outdoors, and it can get really loud. It's small size is ideal for many uses. I couldn't be happier with the purchase!

I reviewed many small bluetooth speakers and the Flip 4 seemed the best value and overall quality. It sounds great with just the right amount of bass. We haven't turned it all the way up, 75% is plenty loud. Only real critique is the wobbly top and bottom, but I think they do that to prevent sealing off the bass modules. Honestly a minor issue, not worth getting hung up over. I recommend it!

This small, but mighty speaker made its first appearance on the beach in the Bahamas and managed to provide us with fantastic sound quality without distortion even when at full volume. It does a great job filling a room when needed, but is also great for back ground music while sitting on the porch having conversation or reading a book. Looking to purchase another soon.

this is the fifth flip 4 i have purchased. i own two, and i have given as gifts to my sister and two of my brothers in law. they sound incredible for the size, their portability is super, the battery life is outstanding. the ability to pair with multiple other jbl devices is a really cool function. there are more expensive speakers. there are cheaper speakers, but as an overall package, this is the one.

this was on my christmas list. Definitely worth getting don't think it priced too high for what you're getting. the sound quality is great for me! i Use it all the time. whether i'm cooking, in the shower or just relaxing. great sound, great color. it was so easy to pair with all my devices. and battery life is great. if you don't use it for a few days, as long as it's off the battery doesn't drain.

Use this in my job as traveling music teacher. Light enough to carry around, yet packs a wallop of sound in any space. Connects to phone or PC easily. Great purchase!!

The Flip 4 has very nice, clear sound for playing music. The bass isn't very strong, but is impressive for such a small speaker. The battery life is pretty good as I have only charged it once since I got it (typically use it around 15-45 minutes a day when I do use it). It's a quality unit and a good deal when on sale!

For being a small compact speaker, it has great sound. You can hear it on low in the same room or loud and outside. I would buy another if one of my kids wanted one.

I have several portable speakers and i am amazed with the sound this little thing puts out and the battery lasts a long time. I plan to pick up a few more of these.

Best lilttle speaker for my on the go lifestyle built rugged and durable bossy sound pairs with other jbl speakers via the jbl app and overall if you buy this speaker you've made a solid quality choice however I enjoy the jbl charge 3 due to it being able to charge my cellphone so I do own both and find both to be great quality and exactly what I've come to expect from the jbl brand

I have heard plenty of small Bluetooth speakers, but the JBL Flip 4 is by far the best! The design of this speaker is great and the battery life is outstanding.

This Bluetooth speaker really surprise me with it's Crisp sound and a Big bass. I sometimes think I am hearing a Big surround sound system.. I totally recommend.

Bought to use for a beach vacation and outside at my hot tub. I am not an audiophile but I know good sound. It's plenty loud, has good bass, and easy to use. Very intuitive. I can attest the speaker is absolutely waterproof as I knocked it into the spa without knowing. Came back minutes later wondering why I didn't hear it. Pulled it out of the bottom, shook off the water, and restarted it. Perfect!

I purchased this to allow me to listen to my music of choice while in hotel rooms and participating in outdoor activities (e.g. beach, picnics, etc.). So far, the sound quality is pretty good compared to most. I have yet to test the waterproof feature but it's nice to not have to 'baby' the device around water.

This is a nice speaker that sounds good for it's size. Don't expect very much bass from something this small and you will not be disappointed. This speaker sounds cleaner and clearer than the UE Wonderboom. Battery life seems good as well. The JBL Connect+ feature in this unit will not pair with my JBL Xtreme.

This is the third JBL speaker Ive purchased, not for myself but for gifting. I love how easily portable they are and how nice they look. They do get pretty loud and have a good quality sound. They are on special occasionally making them a great speaker for those that dont want to spend a big buck!
